Gil, my service rep told me he was new yet he was very prompt and detailed. However, it appeared to me on two separate visits that he was unknown and unsupported by others in the service department. Gil gave me the keys to my assigned rental car and said someone would bring the car around. That didn't happen. I had to find someone who would actually listen to me to finally get the car.
