Buddy was great. Good communication. What I didn't like was when I brought my car in for service in August they had a list of what needed to be done next and brakes were never listed at all. I hardly drive my car at all and didn't put many miles on my car in six months. I take it in and they said not only do my brakes need to be replaced, but the rotors were all worn down. Maria was excellent help. And she took very good care of me. Did not like the extra 3% credit charge. For some of us that are on fixed income and strict budget coming up with expensive car repair in cash is very hard.

I got loaner car for next day pick up. The service is nice. But I had to pay service charge when paying credit card and I don't like it.
