Poor customer service, not transparent on pricing whatsoever. Something there has changed in management, not for the best!

Horrible I will change dealership place next time I have to do any service to my car, they ignored me while I was there they make me wait for 2 hours with out telling anything when they promised to b out there in an hour I have to find some one by yelling who could help me never ever going back again.

they were very expensive repairs
We are still waiting for the rearview mirrors to be finished to operate properly!
I decided to purchase my leased 2020 RX450H at the end of lease. The dealership treated the process as if I bought their stocked used car. Although the Lexus Financial quoted my payoff balance was $26,491.80, the dealership's paper indicated the "Cash Price Vehicle" was $27,486.80, which was $995.00 higher than the quoted payoff balance.

Ice experience, but cost way too much :-(
I had An appointment confirmed for June 1 atAM with a friend for a scheduled test drive, only to be told the vehicle might have been sold. As we waited I noticed someone with a battery jump pack and jokingly suggested the cars needed jump-starting before being sold. After purchasing my car and driving home, it wouldn't start when I tried to move it. A message indicated a low battery, and AAA diagnosed it as defective, just two hours after my purchase. Three attempts for a resolution ignored.
The service itself was very good, but I don't like the new set-up for waiting guests. There used to be tables and chairs where people could do work while they waited for their cars. Those tables and chairs are gone, and looks like more couches have been added. I probably had to wait about 2 hours for my car (I got their a bit early, not a big deal), and had to try and work on the couch - I saw two other persons with their laptops out trying to balance them on the arm rest as well.

They normally do a great job, but said they are unable to install CarPlay in our car . It's hard to believe they cannot upgrade a $65,000 car to use CarPlay ? What kind of software are they using ? Extremely disappointed.
