1- service dept took my tire lock from my car to use for rotating the tires0n10/26/25 but did not put it back . 2- I bought new Lexus, it has lot of the problem at beginning ,My Salesman Chris told me bring the car on2000 mile to fix the problems ,I brought the car at 6000 mile to change the fist oil change on 10/26/25 but sales man Buddy Dudnick of service did not know about the problem I had in new car which Cris salesman knows about all the problem said you have 2 oil change and I told the desk manage i jut had one oil ch... read more
Had routine oil change $299 Rear brake service $380 And best of all ???. EXCHANGE SERVICE $212 Total $908.74. Wow! What a deal! I'll look elsewhere for service!

Communications were poor. I called to make an appointment. No answer at service line, which then connected me to sales. Left a message there for call back. Never happened.

Adding 3% to our already $1000 bill is robbery, just because we used a credit card. You should cover the 3% cc fee, NOT the consumer!

Buddy seemed overwhelmed and didn't answer a question I had asked him. Maybe it was an extra busy day for him. I felt rushed out
Don't rotate tires which is critical to keeping the tread last. New tires on 19k miles, for a new car I bought Oct 2023. Maria was great, but the login system had issues, and I wasn't given insight into any aspects of the car from the mechanic. Now that I was given a loaner car.
