My salesman was nice and pleasant but they are a non-negotiating dealer, but then you get sent into the office of the financial guy who really wants to sell you that warranty! I didnt really need a warranty and I said so and he pressured me and I ended up buying it. This is negotiation at its worst and I was disappointed in this dealership and for their negotiations, which they say, dont happen! Ha!

This is not the same experience we have received in the past. We dropped our car off the evening before and were told it would be worked on first thing in the morning. By 3:00 in the afternoon the next day, we had heard nothing back from the service rep, so we called him. We were told we had a leak in the water pump and it would cost $3,000 to replace it. I didnt receive any service at all. My car insurance and Lexus service department could not agree on a rate for service. I am getting my car repaired and serviced at Lexus Newport Beach. I am quite disappointed as I have been a client of south county Lexus since 2012. Going forward, I be going to Lexus Newport Beaxh until my lease is up in August 2024x

Lexus called me to let me know an ordered part had arrived. They scheduled me go in. It took them one hour to let me know they had ordered the wrong part. Waste of time.

I was permitted to & escorted to see the vehicle during the detailing process. I noticed there was a clear coat (thin plastic-like) protective cover over the hood & other areas of the vehicle that protected the paint when I initially inspected the vehicle. I was asked if I wanted to purchase it for another $5k. I said no because it was ALREADY ON THE VEHICLE when I saw & test drove it. I bought the it as-is, but you guys took it off by the time I came back to pick up my car. SHADY & UNETHICAL
