We hadnt been for a few months and they knew Tank right away and always treat us so well and get us in right away. I'm nervous about strangers and the staff is patient and kind. They always take the time to explain and educate and I never feel like they are rushing to their next appointment. I've also found the front desk staff to be responsive and helpful. 10 out of 10 recommend.

the first time I recall going to Southwest Veterinary, I was around 8 years old and had received a puppy (Cindy) for my birthday. I am now 68 years old. in the last 60 years …. if my memory serves me, I’ve had 10 dogs and 7 cats. Southwest has always taken care of my animals. Dr Holland has been our vet since he moved to Bakersfield. He and the staff are always so very helpful, kind, compassionate. I trust them with creatures we love. Can’t say enough good things about them.
