Have used this vet hospital for 30 years. Dr holland is who I see now. He's the most caring vet ever. Office is very busy so sometimes a wait. That said, they are my go to animal clinic

Dr Holland has been our Veterinarian for my cat Willow and Leo, and he's very thorough, compassionate, helpful, professional, and goes the extra steps to explain everything about our pet's health and treatment. Been coming here for years and haven't had any issues. Staff is always really nice and all the docs are great with my dogs. They are quite busy usually and you can't get appointments very quickly- but I imagine thats due to the amount of people in and out due to how great they are. They do try their best to fit you in an emergency which I appreciate. The staff will also advise where to go if you can't get seen quickly enough or ssk docs on staff if its an essy enough question rather than forcing you to come in.
I have been taking all my fur babies to this place since early 2020. I visit almost every month because one of my cats' condition. Dr Holland sees them all. He is amazing, makes researches, gives all the information. Dr. Love is really great too. All of the staff is very friendly, super helpful, do everything they can to heal their patient.I like how they send reminders for upcoming appointments and vaccinations and I really like being able to arrange appointments from internet. The staff at Southwest Veterinary Hospital are SO kind and have been able to provide high level care for my pets at not the highest cost. Since the pandemic hit and their services went contactless and remote, in addition to the shortage of veterinarians in general, they have had a super high volume of patients and appointments. If you have a new pet, it may be difficult to get them admitted, and it may take a while for existing patients to even be seen within a month. First time coming to Southwest Vet and it was amazing. They treated my sweet Charlie so good and Dr. Pendley was amazing! Everything went to smoothly. Definitely would not go to any other vet!
I'd like to take a moment and thank Dr. Love for her hard dedicated work to my pet Noodle.
