Specialty was there when I needed them! My AC stopped working over night. I woke up on what was predicted to be the first 100+ degree day of the summer, with no AC. I thought I was screwed. I called Specialty, hoping they had someone available, thinking the chances were slim they'd get to me by late afternoon, if at all. Our experience with Specialty Heating & Cooling turns out to be quite amazing. After setting up an appointment, the first person we met was Nic Sferrazza at our house. Nic was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely organized. There was no fluff or sales pitch, just simple facts, costs, and how the job would be done. Specialty's was amazing - They installed a Heat pump for my living room/kitchen and it works like a charm. Nic Sferrazza was very knowledgeable, responsive, and very organized/on-time. He was able to address my concerns and budget. He was not pushy with sales and highly recommended I go with a lower end model, since the difference was literally the color. Very happy with our ducted heat pump installed by Specialty. We replaced 3 cadet electric wall heats with a new HVAC system in the attic. Now our 900 sf upstairs has real heat and AC. Nic is not only a great salesman, but a genuinely nice guy. Be sure to at least let these guys quote your next job. They weren't the cheapest bid, but definitely were the most professional about it. My old system was from 1973 and never updated...Specialty Heating & Cooling came to our home and gave us many options along with where to save $$$. We ended up with a Heat Pump system and all I can say is WOW!!! My bills have dropped, my comfort has elevated and with the filter system we added, we are breathing clean, fresh air. If you're looking for an honesty, great service and great products with a fantastic installation...Give this company at try.

Lifesavers!!!! I woke up this morning (Saturday) to an 85 degree house. It's the hottest weekend of the summer and my husband is out of town. Within an hour of my distress call someone was here to help. In no time at all the issue was discovered and a tech came to replace a part. Now I'm sitting in an air-conditioned home. Woo hoo! Thank you SOOOO much!

We had Alyssa come out at fix out and fix our AC today. She did a great job and gave us tips for keeping the outside unit clean (without hurting the unit). She also helped us out with a clip to hold our air filter in. We used this company years ago and had been told we could get a simple bracket for a few bucks. When we asked again on our next service call we were told we would need a whole thing built and it would cost over $200. Alyssa took the time to do the simple fix we needed. We contacted Specialty last year after buying our home in Concordia; from the beginning, Nic was incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful. After they came out to check out our house and put together some quotes, we decided to forego air conditioning and reassess after the summer. Our cooling system quit working on a hot Sunday nearly 90 degrees. Called the company. Robert arrived within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. Great service!!! Didn't really expect to get it fixed on a Sunday!!!
