I interviewed 4 HVAC companies and decided that Specialty was the company to go with. They were neck and neck in price for the same system with one other company, but the difference was Nic Sferrazza the sales person. His presentation and knowledge beat the others, and it wasn't full of BS it was genuine. On install day it was below freezing, and they were short handed. I've never been happier and am now recommending them to all of our friends and family. Bob, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally, Nic (the estimator), Garret, and Richie (the installers) are all very professional and hard working people. Garret was at our house for over 12 hours installing the new AC unit to ensure the job was done right and cleaned up. He took no short cuts and did an incredible installation. Our A/C died yesterday when it was 90+ degrees and we have a 7week old newborn; needless to day it was a rough night. We submitted an online request for service with Specialty H&C last night as it was past their normal hours. They called and left a voicemail 2 minutes after they opened this morning at 7:32am. Wish we would have called Specialty Heating first. It would have saved us a week without heat. Everyone from the scheduler, Dave, Nic, and Abe were professional and great. We didn't feel pressured into buying more or better and the installation of our new heating system went smoothly. We got what we could afford and wanted. Very friendly and competent company. We will definitely refer them to everyone we know. Thank you guys!

I had a great experience from start to finish with Specialty Heating & Cooling. Nic came out on time for an estimate for central air, and was thorough and professional. When it came time for the installation everyone was on time and it could not have run smoother. Even the clean-up was good. I would definitely recommend them.

I had 3 quotes to have central air installed ( all within a few hundred dollars of each other) and am happy I went with Specialty Heating & Cooling. Nic was great, he showed up on time and gave a thorough presentation and bid on the job. The tech who came out for the installation (sorry I can't remember his name) was excellent also, on time, cleaned up well and in general ran everything smoothly. I would definitely recommend them.

Scheduling a same-day appointment was easy; pricing was fair and explained in advance; and the technician who came out was knowledgeable, gave helpful advice, and fixed the problem with our furnace quickly. Thank you!

I am so happy with this company. Nik is a true professional: very informed, very courteous and always responsive to my questions and requests. They installed a mini-split system while I was in the middle of a remodel and came back out two months later once all my work was done to check on the system. I am so happy with the system they installed and know they will be looking out for me should anything arise in the future.

After another company failed to contact me back to give me a quote, I started shopping around. One of the companies I contacted was Specialty Heating. They gave me what felt like a reasonable quote and was within a few percentages of the other quotes I had been given. Since my options were the Home Depot Recommended company, Speciality Heating, or a relatively unreviewed company, I went with Speciality. Over all I am happy with the service.
