Repeating the same as other reviewers have stated about the mysterious "Past Due" bills added to the monthly billing cycle. Their lack of response to my complaints and having them withdrawing via direct deposit is beyond frustrating. They add the same $97.78 past due since March 2021. I have evidence of that payment yet they will not respond to my complaint. DO NOT use this company or take over the contract! Sept 9th 2021 Hello Sara *****, Angelica *****and Sara ******, I really don’t have the “energy" to write this email, however, it looks like I am going to have to go down this rabbit hole. First, I was an ******** Solar customer for 7+ years, had been on auto pay ever since. Spruce solar is awful! My solar has been down for weeks! Inverter issue. They keep telling me they sent a work order it’s been three weeks no one has contacted me! ***was never like this. This company is the worst! I cannot get any help from them. And their billing is a crap show! The worst company ever!

They are the worst company to deal with. Constantly having to submit proof of payment. It’s been going on for over a year.

If a negative 5 could be issued I would that. *** ***** has been paid by automatic deductions for 6 years without problems. Now Spruce takes over and they continuously show us as having overdue payments. Cannot get through on phone and no response from e-mails except that the e-mail will be forwarded to a representative and it stops there with no word back or resolution. This has been happening since Spruce took over *** *****and needs to be resolved.

This company is one of the worst companies. I got stuck with them when NRG sold. I did NOT have a contract with these crooks. Have had billing issues from day one. Have called several times and have been on hold for an hour and then got disconnected! They keep sending bills saying I have past due amounts when they are paid electronically BEFORE the bill is due. I called their customer service and told her I do not appreciate getting overdue notices when my bank statement clearly states that they received my payment. I have a... read more

Just as every other person stated on here... worst solar company business ever! S*******y was sold to this Spruce Finance/Solar Service company and its been down hill ever since. Solar has been offline for 1 1/2 months now, they only have one "888" number to call. The personnel provide no assistance except to email the support team, which then you get no response for weeks later with no resolution. They are absolutely horrible. They overbilled me on my last bill. I have been trying to get a response for over 2 weeks. I've sent multiple emails. Every time i call, i'm on hold for over 30 mins and end up with their calling service. Left 3 messages with their calling service and no response.
