All staff members were awesome, they made an unfortunate situation seem not so bad. Dr Thomas and the nurses were all exceptionally kind. I would definitely recommend Star ER for any urgent medical needs you may have.

Prompt, efficient, and courteous service. Did only the necessary tests and got the results quickly. Was feeling somewhat better by the time I left after being diagnosed with high fever and flu.

It’s hard to feel like you are being seen for the pain and suffering you are going through in a medical context these days. I’ve visited Star ER 3 times now and all 3 visits were bad days for me but the experience made it much better. I got help with my issues and was made to feel like a real person. The staff are brilliant and the doctors I’ve had have been FANTASTIC
