Needed wheelchair upon arrival, provided immediately. Taken straight back to exam room. Dr. determined I needed 5 stitches (I had cut my right leg). Process took less than 20 minutes. Total time spent from arrival to dismissal and wheeled back to car about 45 minutes. Staff was great and very caring. Only thing that really needs to be done is allow this facility to accept Medicare A & B. It would save patients having to file claims with insurance company. Overall, extremely satisfied.

I experienced a head injury and was bleeding quite a bit. My boss drove me to Star ER where my husband met us. The staff there came to get me in under 5 minutes and took me to the exam room where the doctor saw me in less than 2 minutes. I received 16 stitches in the 5 inch long gash. The doctor was fantastic and I don’t think anyone else could have done a better job than he did. I felt no pain even when he numbed the area. Service was well beyond my expectations!! The front desk was professional & welcoming. The wait was less than 10 minutes. The nurse, the doctor, the radiologist were all above & beyond caring & personable. I would highly recommend this location for any urgent care needs!!
