I wish there was a 0 star rating because I would give them that. Not only was the bus 15 minutes late picking me up at my hotel after leaving Universal Studios I had an hour and 50-minute bus ride to my hotel where the driver did not even know my address of my hotel I had to Google it for him there was no bathrooms on the bus it was absolutely terrible I would recommend any other tour company but Starline and when I called to speak with a manager they rudely told me there was nothing they could do and I have freedom of speec... read more

Currently sitting on a bus returning from universal to Anaheim. It smells like a toilet and no air conditioning. By far my worst travel experience ever. And brakes seem to be new to the driver.

First of all, driving to Universal Studios I thought I was going to throw up. The driver was slamming on his breaks often and wasn't considering the people on the bus. Secondly the restroom on the bus wasn't serviced so it smelled horribly on the bus and was even worst in the afternoon. To top it off there was not AC on the bus. I currently feel sick to my stomach due to the horrible smell, Crappy driving and no air flow what ever. Bus 123 should have been decommissioned if you couldn't ensure a pleasing ride. Awful experience. I hope to never have to deal with this monstrous company again. They ruined our vacation.

We did the tour of the homes of the stars and the Warner Bros studio tour on 14 August. Both were excellent and great fun. But the day was marred by the low quality of the transfers from hotel in Abaheim to Hollywood. The first bus smelt of trash as soon as we got on, then we could smell urine from the toilet at the back although we were seated halfway. The seats were sticky and the windows rattled.
