Very bad experience, made a deal. He would not send over paperwork for me to see all the numbers. He wanted me to put a deposit down without having any numbers in front of me, extremely shady, be very careful. You said you want to resolve it, but no one has reached out to me

My wife and I went by Stonebriar Chevrolet this afternoon with our two kids. Salesman was extremely rude and told me he didn't have time for me if I wasn't interested in buying something today. He then proceeded to stand at the front door while we walked around the lot. Jokes on him because I always tell cars salesmen that I'm not ready to buy to see how willing they are to work on pricing. We ended up going across town and purchasing a brand new Ford Explorer. Don't waste your time here!

Took vehicle thinking I knew what the problem was, tech agreed and was charged $220 diagnostic fee. Declined $300 repair. Took vehicle to platinum chevrolet and technician pointed out what actual problem was. Called Stonebriar and service manager advised they charge a diagnostic fee whether they diagnosis it correctly or not, so i can only assume they will continue charging a diagnostic fee until they diagnose it correctly, if that ever happens

I can't even begin to tell you how bad the service department is here. Either clueless, or dishonest or a combination of both. I had my car towed here simply because it was close. 1. The service writer implied that they would be right on it, he didn't tell me that they would get to it sometime next week. He knew I live 45 miles away. 2. It was towed there Friday morning, Friday night he told me, probably not today, probably Saturday. Saturday, crickets. Monday evening I was told they had started on it, but weren't finished.... read more

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I've left many dealerships over the past 30 years because they couldn't get to the price I felt was fair but I've never felt personally insulted until attempting to purchase a 2025 Tahoe Premier from Stonebrier. Almost purchased completely online (which is how I have purchased my last 3 vehicles) but really wanted to sit in a Tahoe first because I was torn between Chevrolet and a higher end luxury SUV. Completed the pricing on the specific vehicle to obtain a ... read more

Spoke with someone over the phone about a specific car I wanted. When we arrived it all went downhill from there. First we got handed off to someone else, then when we went to test drive the "new car" and we saw it had almost 2500 miles on it, then we were promised a number of things of which nothing was given. Lie after lie and disrespect after disrespect. We eventually told them what we wanted after they asked what would get us to take the car and they finally agreed and even shook hands on it. We were waiting outside ... read more

We came, we hassled and we were told we got the car at what we asked for it for. We then let them run our credit and even went back to financing. It was set. While at financing we were told they needed to talk to us outside. We were then told they messed up the numbers and couldn't do it. Who does that!? The guy that helped us even sent another dude to tell us. What the Heck!! We also went to get a new car and they tried to pass onto us a new car with almost 2500 miles. Sleezy that's for sure. Never seen Olga that ... read more

Purchased a new Suburban from Stonebriar and was highly disappointed. The price of the vehicle was fair, but there were additional dealer costs that I was charged for, but did not receive. The sales person knew nothing about the car and I had to self learn all the technology. Come to find out, the rear view mirror camera was popped out of socket and angled down. When I called about this, my sales person said "I'm so sorry to hear about that. I didn't even know your vehicle came with that". To make matters worse, we were char... read more

Disappointed. Spent about 30 min on the phone giving information about two trades I was interested in making on a 25 Tahoe on the lot. I was told I would receive a call back in 20-30 min with a plan for appraisal and numbers on the new vehicle. No call back. I called and left a voicemail with the guy I was talking with and still no call back. Even if the appraisal came back and he didn't think a deal could be made he still should have returned the call. From a business owner, Integrity in a business is doing the right thing ... read more
