I have had great experiences in service with Austin Rovi. He helped get a big A/C issue fixed with my car when others weren't able to give much help. I recently took my car in for some routine maintenance and Austin was just as helpful and professional.

I had the privilege of working with Marciano and he made my car buying experience easy as possible. He asked all the right questions as to what I wanted. When I arrived: Marciano had several options waiting for me. I'm so in love with my 2020 Chevy Camaro!!! I will most definitely refer Marciano to anyone looking to purchase a Chevrolet vehicle!

The management in this place is a joke. No one answers phones or emails. I sent a 5 page complaint letter to the General Manager with all the details. Sent to his work email address. No response in a week. No one there answers the phone and the chat room gave me an email address that came back undeliverable. Avoid this place like the plague. After sale customer service is horrible. They screwed up the transfer of my Disabled Veteran speciality plates. I read the reviews and thought...they can't be that bad...right? Wrong. Walking around in the heat ...none of the vehicles I was interested in had stickers in them...of course! I walk in the dealership...one of the girls at the front desk was digging in her ear...literally! She looked in my direction and said nothing. The other one never even looked up from her phone . Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. They constantly lied about when the car would be finished. I mean, how long does and oil change take? 5 weeks apparently. I will cut them some slack as they took the time to investigate the transmission problem I reported. I won't give them any slack as to the time it took to get the part. Also the constant lying to us. "Everything is done except,,,, We haven't started on it yet... someone is ahead of you.... we had to take it off the rack..." There never once the same story... read more

One star is too high of a score. Stay away from these crooks. Thier Mgmt also People like ------Demareo Morr to openly offend people. He is rude, condensing and fits the image of a sleezy guy that that work at a car dealership. He does not understand customer service and lacks proper communication skills and people skills.
