We were looking for a vehicle for my son's first time purchase. Did all the work manage to have our credit union approve him for a loan. Looked at two vehicles the first time , came back to see one of the vehicles a second time. Made an offer like any other customer would and they denied it just because they want you to allow them to run your credit and find you a lender through them. If you have your own loan before visiting the dealership know that you will turn down. The sales rep was super nice but the manager Carlos did... read more

We are a non profit who helps first responders and their families. We purchased a pre owned vehicle from Stonebriar Chevrolet for a nurse that was in need of a vehicle. The dealership and Management assured is that this vehicle was 100% solid with no issues. They (Freddy and Carson), misrepresented the condition of the vehicle sold to my client and treated us like garbage. A week after she took possession of the vehicle we purchaed for her, it broke down from several issues. To date... It has cost her $7,000 in repairs. Afte... read more

Trash dealership. I'm a 40 year old man that showed up in a sports car and they said they wouldn't let me drive a corvette because of "putting miles on new inventory"...they had two used corvettes on the lot. Lost out on a sale. Stupid policy.

TLDR: PICK *ANY* DEALERSHIP other than STONEBRIAR CHEVROLET, which, in my opinion, deliberately used false, misleading and deceptive vehicle pricing to LURE ME IN for a car purchase only to ADD 20% to the listed price immediately after starting negotiations (if the extra $2,995 were included from beginning, I wouldn't have wasted my time). TO BE CLEAR: STONEBRIAR CHEVROLET employing false, misleading and deceptive tactics when showing me the "list price" of a car price is the KEY REASON I have a problem with STONEBRIAR CHE... read more

Trust me when I say .. stonebriar Chevy is by far one of the worst deanship I have even encountered. We are forced to use them (as a resident of Frisco) but I can tell you that they are a shame to be representing an American industry .

***BEWARE!!! Especially to Disabled Veterans such as myself, or any other person that is living on a fixed income. Buying a car and making monthly pmnts on it & not being able to drive it, hits different when you're on a fixed income. This place is all smoke and mirrors to get you to buy a brand new piece of junk that they aren't able to fix due to parts being on backorder with NO ETA, not the fault of the service department, but the fault of GM. Beware of all these brands of EV's that fall under different Brands such as Ch... read more

Worst experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I bought a Chevy suburban 2019 it has some body issues. Sales person Eduardo Segura told me no problem they have a body so and can fix the cosmetic issues. We agreed to the price and he said if have it in a couple days after the body work was done. The with was not done by that time. I took the car so we could go on vacation with promises it would be fixed when I was back. Long story short I was back and forth 5 times dropped the car off 3 times each time with work half co... read more

Dealer adds on sale - claim it is not part of sales price but then refuse to remove it. Took 3 weeks to prepare vehicle for pickup, and then not all "we owe" items completed. Every subsequent trip took 2-4 hours for service department, and ordered items were in and they never notified - we had to call to discover parts had been in for a week. And to top it all off, the finance dept misreported our home ownership as we rented a mobile home, causing a high interest rate forcing us to refinance with our credit union the day af... read more

I bought a new ZRX with the Tuscany off road package in 2020, what they don't tell you when you buy the ZRX, Badlander or BlackWidow, which are all upgraded with 35k worth of Tuscany Motor Co off road upgrades tacked onto the MSRP is that the VIN of the vehicle doesn't show any of these upgrades, so the moment you drive your new vehicle out the door it instantly deprecates 50% off the value of the vehicle. Not to mention you pay interest for the duration of your loan on that 50% depreciation. When you try to trade it back in... read more
