Service Team: Pompous and condescending. Brought Tahoe in 4 times in a year for a sputtering idle. I was concerned that after the powertrain warranty at 60,000 miles was void, I would be on the hook for whatever the problem was. Last appointment in May at 59,000 miles I was told once again - this is all normal. Last weekend my check engine light began flashing and other alerts were activated. Absolutely disgusting how this place treats customers. I would never buy another car here or recommend to anyone. I am 52 years old and have a lot of experience buying cars at different dealerships this one by far is the WORST. They lie to you, they wont return calls, they don't help after your out the door and no one seems to care. I have left 16 total messages via call email and text since 7/18 and NO ONE will call me back. Absolutely HORRIBLE
Ethics problem here. Stonebriar is trying to buy good ratings. (Screenshot included) I am absolutely blown away by this place. Once again, horrible service from multiple advisors. Service advisors don't seem to care about customer vehicles.

Find me a time slot fast.....with a loaner car for the time it will take to correct your 3 hr mistake. Post your email here ASAP - Due by Sunday night 07/27 @ 7 PM! The management in this place is a joke. No one answers phones or emails. I sent a 5 page complaint letter to the General Manager with all the details. Sent to his work email address. No response in a week. No one there answers the phone and the chat room gave me an email address that came back undeliverable. Avoid this place like the plague. I read the reviews and thought...they can't be that bad...right? Wrong. Walking around in the heat ...none of the vehicles I was interested in had stickers in them...of course! Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. They constantly lied about when the car would be finished. I mean, how long does and oil change take? 5 weeks apparently. I will cut them some slack as they took the time to investigate the transmission problem I reported. I won't give them any slack as to the time it took to get the part. Also the constant lying to us. "Everything is done except,,,, We haven't started on it yet... someone is ahead of you.... we had to take it off the rack..." There never once the same story... read more
Leon from the used car sales team called me about a truck I was interested in. I was told it was sold -- then hours later, Carlos (sales manager) called me back saying it was still available. I showed up, and suddenly the truck was "gone." This bait-and-switch tactic is suspicious, misleading, and a terrible way to do business. I wouldn't trust anything they tell you over the phone. The picture is truck bait.
