This review is specifically for Stonebriar Chevrolet Service Department. Service advisor Brian is super awesome. An example of excellent customer service and taking care of the customer. The check Engine light on my new Equinox came ON while traveling from Austin to Dallas. I wanted to have it checked before heading back. The service department was backed up for days to address this problem. We purchased a new Tahoe this week from Stonebriar and it was by far our easiest car buying experience, ever. We worked with Ross who was incredibly knowledgeable and personable- I cannot recommend him enough. I'd been looking casually at used Ford Thunderbirds for a few years now. I have always thought they were the most beautiful and stylish car. So when a post from Stonebriar Chevrolet came across Facebook last Thursday, something made me respond. It was a gorgeous blue, reasonable mileage and a good price. JW Wright is the sales associate you need to ask for by name. He honestly answered every question we had and didn't try to add in anything extra. We had found a minivan trade-in that met our needs and he worked specifically to get the price within our budget. As a teacher, I greatly appreciate this service! The only downside was that we were there for nearly 4 hours waiting to see the financing office. *** Josh S. from Business Customer Service is either a bot or just responding to my post for "optics"! They have had all of my info to be able to contact me at any point during that whole 4 month long fiasco and NEVER did! So don't be fooled into thinking that someone will actually help make things right when they screw up because there is not. He's or it is FOS. If I do call I will update this review again.

Horrific No one cares The managing partner of this location is David Kelly.. I pray he gets fired n looses his house Horrible customer service and shady business practices. I pray Jesus judges everything about this company and their partners.
