The work was fast, the employee that I interacted was professional and helpful. Went in for a service (~$400 including oil and filter change on European car) and a leak diagnostic and they quoted $1000 to fix the leak. I'm broke and patient so I looked elsewhere and found somewhere that will do the same for $600, even though I will have to wait for an appointment. Stress-Free is always my go-to when I need car service. I have taken two different vehicles there and I trust the service that they do. They communicate well what the vehicle needs immediately and what needs attention but can wait til down the line. When they had to hold my truck longer than expected, they offered to set up Lyft rides for me to get to work. The staff is always friendly, too!

Everything was done pretty quickly and efficiently. I appreciated how communicative staff and automated text messaging systems were to let me know when exactly my car was done.

front desk people are good communicators and work is done in a timely manner. I appreciate the Lyft ride home and the snacks if I'm waiting for work to be dome.
