The customer service staff was polite and responsive. There was an unexpected delay in servicing my car, and I was pleasantly surprised that the staff waived my oil change fee as compensation. Fees at this shop are higher than most mechanics in the area, so I don't know if I will take my car back here for really expensive repairs. For simpler things, I probably will return since I live nearby.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back. The manager who checked me in, Rhett, was very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was when I returned to pick up my car after being notified it was ready. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes because there was a shift change happening and no one was at the desk. When the replacement manager arrived, he was friendly but still getting oriented and wasn’t sure where everything was. As always, they did an excellent job. The Customer Service is wonderful and I’m always very pleased with the final work.
Exceptional service but the price is a little steep. Love how they post videos and pictures showing exactly what the problem is and how they fixed it
