I really like the communication that the service people supplied on how the service was going on the car. It was the best I’ve ever experienced.

Spark plugs replacement urgently recommended in emailed report but not mentioned at or before pickup. Not sure how urgent this really is. Same for cabin air filter. Could use some more guidance on what preventative action is important
