I was told to come in for a diagnostic, and then they would be able to provide a quote. This was through Yelp's messaging system. This gave the impression that the diagnostic was free; however, they failed to mention that it was not. I believe this was an issue in another review as well. Michael and Zain were both polite and helpful, but I feel misled and wasted time driving to the store in rush hour traffic. The service went fine. I got an oil change. Paid about 180 dollars for the service. The price is very high, though that's not the reason for my rating. The main issue and reason for my review though is the amount of spam that you get after coming here. From texts asking for reviews. Multiple times. To emails to try and get follow up business. I highly recommend this place. The staff there were very informative and made some calls for me to find the best solution. Very kind and great communication. Highly recommend them.

Popped in here for a small maintenance concern at the beginning of a long road-trip. They were super friendly and helped me get on my way with less worry and properly inflated tires. I would consider this shop for a more substantial repair.

I am a big fan of Stress-Free in Menlo Park. I like the intake process (Darrin is super nice) and they even paid for a Lyft to take me back home! I really appreciate how detailed their explanations are and the paperwork that they provide. They were able to finish my car by my 11am next day deadline and during this busy holiday time, that means everything!!

Spending $133 (after a $10 discount) for an oil change on my 2018 Honda feels a bit pricey. The service also took longer than expected; I had a 9AM appointment, but my car wasn't ready until 4PM. I think I'll look for a different place for my next oil change.

The people are friendly and able to answer questions and concerns as needed. After a mishap where they didn't return my texts or send me a quote for follow up service even after I had been texting and emailing a few times, they realized the error and mistake and have since been great. I appreciate their informative reports and having a good mechanic in the neighborhood is so important. Glad I found one!
