I started going here when I had to have my car towed and I chose it as the closest shop. It is super convenient and have great service. I can easily drop off the car before work, get updates throughout the day by text and phone. I pay by text and can pick it up after they close if need be. They update me on findings and offer options for fixing the problem. So appreciated!

Been going here for a few years now. Initially chose Stress Free Auto Care from the great reviews and the weekend availability that worked with my schedule. They're extremely easy to book with, transparent with costs, and highly communicative during service - sending multiple texts and an inspection report to review. I'll be coming back as the customer experience and reputable nature of the business are valuable to me.

This was my first time using Stress Free. I needed someone closer than my usual mechanic. From the beginning to the end, these guys were surprisingly good. Stephanie was a rock star. They not only did a great job with the problem that brought me in, but they flagged an issue that would have become a major problem and they showed me the pics to prove it. Bad news for my old mechanics. I'll return to Stress Free when I need more work.

Incredible business. My alternator and dash were having issues Saturday morning. They got me in slightly after noon. Diagnosed by 3pm, got my car driveable, had me back in on Tuesday to fully solve the issue. Amazing overcommunication the whole time. Nest cameras to watch the team work. Huge thanks to Darin, Stephanie, and the team! And i remain lifetime jealous of Darin's awesome personal ride.

I went to Stress-Free Auto Care in Menlo Park for oil change. Had a coupon issued by San Mateo branch, and they accepted it, which was a big deal. The whole service took an hour and ten minutes, they made efforts to expedite and I appreciate that very much.
