It was the second time I went to this place for my car repair since years ago. This time was for my Tesla and so glad to know that they are able to repair electrical cars. The experience was as good as before. Efficient, honest and stress free!

I had to replace my brakes, and the service provided was exceptionally efficient, as they finished the job in just a few hours, quicker than anticipated. The overall experience was excellent, and I highly recommend their services

Stressed!! Nail in my tire & a 2.5hr drive home after a 12hr shift staring me in the face. They couldn't help me with the drive but they did drop everything to fix my tire and get this tired nurse on her way a little less stressed! Thank you guys for your excellent customer service!
Tries to scam you into a consultation for basic service requests. Don't waste your time.
The bill they gave for additional repairs was over $4300. When my regular mechanic did the job not all the things mentioned needed to be done. My bill from my regular mechanic was ,$1770.00. that's a huge difference. I will not be returning.

The hourly rate is very high. Also had I known parts could not be gotten on a Sunday then I would have waited till Monday and gone to my other mechanic. The staff is great but this was not a good experience.

Beware of Stress-Free auto, they will lie to you then tell you they did not promise a full not basic scan. Upon arrival they forgot what my chief complaint was. Unless there was another room not offered there was no comfortable place to sit from the drafty room and cramped room shared with staff. They "lied" and stated I needed a new starter when I had just had a new one installed just days before! My experience was anything BUT stress-free. Matter of fact it was STRESSFUL from start to finish. Brought my car in for a simple noise coming from my engine, thought it might be the AC unit, but was unsure. So made an appt for 10am dropoff. My car proceeded to sit outside until nearly 3pm.
