I took my car in to repair a coolant leak. This is the second time I've been there and they communicated well and were very transparent about the process. My only complaint is that it took a day and a half, which was a long time to be without my car.

VERY different from what they tell you over the phone vs going in person. Warranty for tire , Lyft credit, and especially wait time; everything changed when I walked into Castro Valley Stress Free! Manager here at Menlo Park says he will see what he can do...

It was the second time I went to this place for my car repair since years ago. This time was for my Tesla and so glad to know that they are able to repair electrical cars. The experience was as good as before. Efficient, honest and stress free!

Stressed!! Nail in my tire & a 2.5hr drive home after a 12hr shift staring me in the face. They couldn't help me with the drive but they did drop everything to fix my tire and get this tired nurse on her way a little less stressed! Thank you guys for your excellent customer service!
They Fail to Tell You that They don't work on Vehicles Older than 1986 !!! *They simply do not understand how to work on older vehicles !
