Got an oil change and they checked out a few other things at no extra charge. Everyone super friendly and knowledgeable. Good experience overall.

Needed brake replacement work on a Mercedes SUV with 88,000 miles. Stress-Free was outstanding - got an appointment first thing the next day. Staff was very friendly and knew their stuff. Explanation of the problems - and which were immediate and which could wait. Their all over inspection was really valuable. Some things I can fix, others need a professional. I will use them for all my service needs from here on.

I broke the stud while tightening my wheel. They handled it super professionally and did the best job to fix it in timely manner. I could have taken the car to Toyota but i wanted to support a local business and I have no regrets. Very professional. They communicated everything clearly. And when they found an unexpected thing, they called me to confirm if i'm ok with the new price. Stephanie is a rockstar. She's the sweetest and most helpful mechanic you will see. Thank you!

I have used stress-free other locations before and they've always been wonderful to me. In Menlo Park I had an emergency breakdown on the road was able to pull into their drive. They handled me quickly and with the greatest courtesy. They were quick to figure out my problems gave me good prices and got the car back to me quickly. I would definitely go back to this location if I ever had another problem!

I called Stress-Free Auto Care to replace a flat tire. They scheduled me very quickly, ordered the tire and replaced it all within six hours after the tire blew. I am very grateful for their quick and quality service.
