I've had a couple of things done to my car, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Pencho, my mechanic, was extremely professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the work done on my car. At checkout, Mikey was also professional and a pleasure to talk to. Great job, guys! I've had my car at Concord Stress-Free for some time now, and I'm impressed with the service. The customer service is excellent, and the workmanship is top-notch. The repair was done using parts that are better than OEM, and at a price lower than what dealers charge. It's great value for your money, and I can depend on the service every time.

Exceptionally nice people and their communication was above excellent. When I was dropping off the car, they pointed out a money saving coupon that I was not aware of and saved me $100. They could have just let that go without mentioning. I appreciated the honesty.

I called Stree-Free Auto Care for a quote on an alternator replacement. Based on their quote I chose to go with them. Once in the shop, before service on my vehicle began, they priced out the replacement which did not match the quote over the phone. I gently mentioned this and the manager instantly said he would honor what I was quoted. Once my car was checked in I asked if I they had a shuttle. They take excellent care of my 1998 Durango. I love how well they communicate and keep me in the loop while my car is being worked on, including detailed texts showing diagnostics, complete with pictures of problems. They are transparent, efficient, and thorough.

Stress-free Auto is well run and organized. It's easy to book online and they send you a reminder text (which I appreciated). The waiting area is comfy and there is free coffee. I also noticed the rest room is very clean and tidy. Prices are fair and fully explained ( watch for their great coupon values). I plan to make them my primary service provider.
