The experience was absolutely incredible. Fantastic start to finish in every way you can consider/conceive. I began by looking up places last week. I put in what was going on with the car and awaited responses as the info was sent out. Stress Free Auto responded quickly and thoroughly. A couple of places never responded and one responded with the cost without having looked at my car. I put in the time and day that would work for me, and within an hour I had a confirmatoin. The shop was able to get me in quickly. Service was excellent. The diagnostic fee was 245, but they didnt charge me because they could not order the part. So that was very helpful.​

I booked my appointment and was told that my car would be ready in two hours. As I only was there for an oil change, my work got deprioritized. The work didn't start until 5 hours after the oroginal appt time. I only get Saturdays off, so this was a wasted day. The staff member shrugged and said at least the weather was good. Also, they aren't experienced with the Prius model I own. So, I had to go and pay another mechanic to look at it. Maybe the central call center overpromises. this place don't really fix cars please don't bring your car to them I needed help they said they don't do real work like that

I do not recommend this place. I came in just to replace a tail light and get my headlights done. My vehicle did not have the check engine light on when I brought it to the shop they ran a diagnostic check on the car claim I needed to have all these repairs done I agree to have one of the repairs fixed. I paid 1000 and something dollars. And when I got to my vehicle and turned it on my check, engine light was on. Now I have to take it to the dealer and spend even more money.

I had a very disappointing experience with Stress-Free Auto Care, mainly due to poor communication. I scheduled an appointment for 2:00 p.m. after being told beforehand that they could take care of my car the same day and that it would be done within 30 minutes to an hour. When I arrived for my appointment, I was then told they could not take care of my car today and that it would be done tomorrow instead.
