Able to handle everything via text if you are busy and in meetings like myself. Does not try and push the lower priority fixes. Overall they do help keep the process as low stress as possible.

Very transparent and honest. Apparently had major damage to the A/C condenser with my Jeep Grand Cherokee's. Took more than 2 weeks to begin work due to warranty issues with the car dealer (talk about stress!). SUV was fixed in half a day otherwise. Though it was not cheap (to be expected with parts and labor) it is finally working! It's been one week since repair; and, so far so good. These guys rock! I brought my car here as my AC wasn't blowing cold. Huge problem living in Concord during the summer. I bought my car initially to a neighborhood service center, they charge me to flush the freon, but didn't investigate the issue. A hose was leaking, so in a couple of days, it was blowing warm again. They are good at customer service and quickly getting your car out of the shop. The only thing that isn't stress-free is the price of an oil change. They charged $117 for one, while I saw a coupon for an oil change with another local dealer for $40. Not sure if I will be coming back.

Highly recommend this establishment. The staff here will do their best to get the Job done. In my experience, they didn't get the job done but the district manager was able to get everything situated. Thank you Matt for going above and beyond.

message stree free auto care for an estimate to install lowering springs. jason replied and ask for vin # saying that is needed for him to "due diligence to provide you with the most accurate information possible" well that is odd, he is the only one out of 7 request companies doing the same estimate. 4 days later after giving jason my vin # still have not got a estimate for the job i asked for. this sounds like a scan or something now jason have ghosted me after giving him my vin #. beware of this shop.

I brought my Ford Escape to them as I was experiencing a very low brake pedal. Pumping the pedal would temporarily raise the pedal until the next time I applied the brakes. They assured me they could fix the issue. The first guess was to flush the brake fluid and add new fluid. The result, No change. Pedal still low. Next guess, install a new master cylinder. I was in the middle of moving and my car started causing me problems, initially I was told the car had a significant issue and I was stressed over moving and the cost of the service but when they got to look at it, it was something completely different and way less costly. So thankful to Loren for his help!
