Diagnosed and change out the broken part quickly. However, I would have assumed they would have cleaned my engine bay, at least a little bit, of the leaked coolant, but they did not so the car still smells of burning coolant after the car has been run.

This place started off good. Went in for an estimate called ahead of time. The amenities were good. Place is clean. Then I was there for 3 hours-wasted half my day for a diagnostic. Then they wanted to charge me for another diagnostic. I paid $125.00-then he wanted to charge me like $250.00 more. They should be called Stress-Full Auto Couldn't Care Less. This is after the Lexus dealer said my inner CV boots were leaking and nothing else was wrong with my Lexus RX350. I inquired about changing the axles with CV boots included and they still wanted to make an in person estimate before they can do anything. They said they want to check for rust when it's a California vehicle. There is no rust! Sounds like a rip off to me. Other shops were happy to quote a price but not this place. Forget about it!

Received their information from the Costco Auto Services Program and called to schedule a service. I provided a price match and after denying their original offer for the price that they came back to me with, the called back and said that they would honor the price match. I scheduled an appointment and due to unforeseen health issues, had to reschedule. Went in for a leak check at $100 discount value. Walked out with a $1500+ repair. Which sucked for a first time customer experience. However they did fix all the leaks in my car along with some other stuff and it is now running perfectly again.

I am not stress free after having my vehicle serviced here! The problem was not fixed. Now I have to take time off from work to take my vehicle back there and hopefully they'll actually fix the problem. I will update this review if the issue is resolved satisfactory!

I went to get fix the truck AC and the alarm system. They charge for diagnostic and do not credit the charge for the repairs. They diagnosed the alarm and concluded it was bad but they can't fix it as it is not a service they can provide. I knew the alarm was not working so to be charged for telling me the same, it is ridiculous. If they don't work on alarms then the honest thing would be to tell me in advance so I wouldn't pay for something I already knew.

So, initially I thought these guys were legit. Brought my wife's car in for an oil change. Upon getting the car home there was oil leaking on the garage floor. Brought the car back and the drain plug gasket had been installed wrong, so they replaced that then said looks like the valve cover gaskets were leaking.
