Great experience at Stress Free! Was welcomed as I came in, greeted. I felt worried going in but felt 100% better leaving as the mechanics were extremely knowledgeable and nice and told me exactly what was going on with my check engine light. Free coffee, free snacks, a comfortable couch and free phone chargers in the waiting room really helped in easing my mind, and a nice smelling candle too. Thank you for the great experience!

Stress Free staff are always very helpful, cordial and professional. I take my car here for all of my service needs! I took my car here last week for an oil change. It was done in an hour and the staff member I spoke with was really nice and courteous. I'll definitely come back here.

check engine light came on unexpectedl, the transmission (automatic) started to malfunction, fear the worst. I made an appointment with Stress free Auto Care in Concord. felt good from the start. Service is great, professional and honest. They replaced a faulty sensor taking care of the problem. I highly recommend Stress-Free Auto Care.

Incredible customer service that you don't see these days. Pictures for all the work and checks they do. Phone calls where guys like James explained details and was never pushy or trying to over sale me. Text messages so you know exactly where they are in the process. I mean it was amazing to see. No Stress Stress-Free and they live up to the company's name!

I brought my car in to check the tires because one of the rear tires kept losing air with no visible reason. They were able to check the tires for me (tires that I didn't purchase from them) and also do a multipointe car inspection. They found that the rear tire that kept getting low had a slit somewhere along the tread that they could identify by bubbles when they put a soapy solution on it. I requested a 4 wheel alignment after installing new tires. The scheduling process was easy and the price fair. The service was completed promptly and they informed me of all the findings. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend them and plan to call on them for future automotive needs.
