This place is great. I ran over something on the freeway today and a Frankenstein wire was hanging from my car. I brought it in they lifted her up and pulled out the wire that didn't belong to my car and sent me on my way. Everybody from the guy in reception to the guys who helped me were kind and helpful! I will be back for my next service!

Online pricing was incorrect for EVs. I went through the online portal and chose my car with make and model for an alignment. When I arrived, I was told it would cost $100 more than since I had an EV. Came to an agreement but paid more than the online quote. Also the printout of the alignment report is barely legible because it comes from a smartphone image.
Great place for regular maintenance for your car. Brought my Toyota Sienna in for 30,000 mile looky-lou.Got filters changed, tires rotated and oil change while I waited for 2 hours. Very fast, professional service & a nice waiting area!

I have a quirky performance car that needed a diagnosis. I called up and got an appointment right away. Upon arrival we discussed the problem, reviewed the service record, and the techs started work and had it fixed that day. We discovered some other maintenance items, and I received a written estimate and a time frame for completion almost immediately. We received a flyer with coupons for A/C and synthetic oil change at a phenomenal cost. 1st experience was back in June or July having our A/C charged. 2nd experience was yesterday for a synthetic oil change in our 2014 Traverse. The staff there is amazing- friendly- informative and professional. They DO NOT try to upsell- talk you into spending more or pressure sales. Would recommend this business to anyone in the area. I don't always write reviews, but when I do I make sure my review is warranted. If you had asked me to write a review the first time I brought my car in at Stress-Free, I wouldn't have given the service/business 5 stars. While they did what they could do to help me with my car issue, their customer service wasn't the best. The service advisor who was helping me that time was helpful, but arrogant and seemed very unhappy with his job.
