Sent my elderly mother to get my splash guard fixed which now looking back I should have gone myself because they ripped her off and was the epitome of the mechanic taking advantage of the naive. They told her they fixed it for 75 dollars just for me to find out they used zip ties to hold it up and charged her to check her tire pressure when I called to complain they told me the 75 was for the 15 minutes they spent (300 per hour then) go to de Anza they are kinder and more fair prices

Amazing service! Dropped off my car for an oil change and inspection. Within 2 hours they were done. They text in detail and send pictures of the inspection as they go and what needs to be done. Super friendly and fast. Finally found my forever mechanic

This is my first time with Stress-Free Auto Care. It is very different from other auto shops i have gone to. Very friendly and professional staff. I was given a detailed report and job done on time. Simple and easy process, Wes gave me a detailed quote based on my information I gave him. I brought car in right during opening hours and Paul walked me through the quote, description of service and what he recommends. The work was completed 2 hours ahead of the expected pick-up time and my report was provided in detail. Costco also partners with this location for 15% off for non-oil/tire services.

Fantastic service from Wes, Paul and the team. I've been taking my Audi here for many years. They do great work at reasonable rates. Very communicative and I love their systems with text updates, photos etc so u really know what's going on.

Same day appointment, very professional, fair pricing, friendly staff, safe location, clean office and wait room, thorough car inspection and detailed report, constant text updates, quick service. I came in for a battery issue thinking that a battery replacement was necessary. Instead, Paul suggested to test the battery, found the root cause, and was able to fix the issue without a new battery. Very happy with the service.
