Paul was very nice and attentive to the customer before me and to me. I wanted to add a service to what I had made my appointment for. He checked to see if the part was available and see time it would take. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time. I walked down street. By the time I got to the end of the street I received a message that the technician had already started on my car. My car was completed before the time that was allotted. I is running smoothly and feels good!

I recently visited Stress-Free Auto Care for a slow-leak in my Chrysler Pacifica rear-driver tire. Ross assisted me with the initial check-in, quick inspection for any nail-like object and comparison across various options for tire replacement. Unfortunately in my case, the nail was very close to side thread and so required replacement of both rear tires. I took my vehicle here close to the holidays and they were very quick and professional in completing the work I needed. Communication was exceptional, probably the best I've experienced from an auto shop. They didn't try to sell any unnecessary services, so I would definitely return to this location. They certainly live up to their name.

Unfortunately, communication was disappointing. They didn't follow up or respond to messages, which made the process frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend based on this experience. Update, the owner came back and provided the details. Thank you.

I had an unusual steering wheel issue that I needed help with right away. They were able to schedule an appointment for me for the next morning, find the issue, coordinate with the dealership for how to get it resolved under warranty, and helped me decide on next steps. I really appreciate their help and would recommend to others!

I just bought a car and was looking for a good shop that would address my needs and be communicative and transparent. Stress Free Auto can in as part of the Costo Auto program, and I really was looking forward to it. I have no complains and highly appreciate Paul and his team in how they conduct the business and get the communication going with customer. Sent my elderly mother to get my splash guard fixed which now looking back I should have gone myself because they ripped her off and was the epitome of the mechanic taking advantage of the naive. They told her they fixed it for 75 dollars just for me to find out they used zip ties to hold it up and charged her to check her tire pressure when I called to complain they told me the 75 was for the 15 minutes they spent (300 per hour then) go to de Anza they are kinder and more fair prices
