This is a great place. They have been servicing my Audi for the past 3 years, and have been consistently clear about what is happening with the car and why, have often provided repair options for me to choose from, while letting me know what they recommend, and treat their customers like friends and family. From start to finish I was happy with the care from the team. I started with a quote on yelp and moved to booking an appointment with the team. I had initially booked my appt at a further location, but with a quick call I was able to change it to the MV location. David was very helpful along with the rest of the staff. Paul was very nice and attentive to the customer before me and to me. I wanted to add a service to what I had made my appointment for. He checked to see if the part was available and see time it would take. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time. I walked down street. By the time I got to the end of the street I received a message that the technician had already started on my car. My car was completed before the time that was allotted. I is running smoothly and feels good!

I recently visited Stress-Free Auto Care for a slow-leak in my Chrysler Pacifica rear-driver tire. Ross assisted me with the initial check-in, quick inspection for any nail-like object and comparison across various options for tire replacement. Unfortunately in my case, the nail was very close to side thread and so required replacement of both rear tires. I took my vehicle here close to the holidays and they were very quick and professional in completing the work I needed. Communication was exceptional, probably the best I've experienced from an auto shop. They didn't try to sell any unnecessary services, so I would definitely return to this location. They certainly live up to their name.

Unfortunately, communication was disappointing. They didn't follow up or respond to messages, which made the process frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend based on this experience. Update, the owner came back and provided the details. Thank you.
