I love this business model. I no longer worry about taking the car to the garage. stress free explain everything, show pictures and get agreement with transparent pricing ahead of the work. the front desk service staff are super knowledgeable and helpful. I'm never taking my car anywhere else again.

I've been to both the Sunnyvale and Mountain View Stress-Free Auto Care and I can highly recommend them. Paul at the Mountain View location was particularly helpful.
The staff of stress-feee auto care were very professional and very detailed about my car's inspection, I appreciate the photos that they took to explain what needs to be done. It is evident that they took pride in work and it shows.

No right maintenance equipment for Mercedes sl65, got a $1700+quote for change a battery?! After oil change , the shop could not reset the service indicator and told me they did not have the right equipment to do the job, later they change the tone mentioned they need addition service to flush the brake fluid in order to to reset the service reminder?? They should told me at first place when service done.
Very well organized place, appointment and drop-off was a breeze, service done on time, uneventful, i.e. great!

Very pleasant and professional service. Upfront give me the cost of the oil change (full synthetic oil) and the price was really reasonable (I had a mailer coupon.) The office is quiet and clean. This was my first time there, and I will go back for my next oil or other services, if necessary.

This auto shop has very good service and the shop is very clean that distinguish it from other auto shops. Oil change service is quick.

After looking for a place to take our car, we went to Stress-free Auto Care and we really can't be happier.
