This is my first time with Stress-Free Auto Care. It is very different from other auto shops i have gone to. Very friendly and professional staff. I was given a detailed report and job done on time. I came in thinking the issue was shocks but found it was a totally different component. Thanks to Paul.

Simple and easy process, Wes gave me a detailed quote based on my information I gave him. I brought car in right during opening hours and Paul walked me through the quote, description of service and what he recommends. The work was completed 2 hours ahead of the expected pick-up time and my report was provided in detail. Costco also partners with this location for 15% off for non-oil/tire services.

Fantastic service from Wes, Paul and the team. I've been taking my Audi here for many years. They do great work at reasonable rates. Very communicative and I love their systems with text updates, photos etc so u really know what's going on.

Same day appointment, very professional, fair pricing, friendly staff, safe location, clean office and wait room, thorough car inspection and detailed report, constant text updates, quick service. I came in for a battery issue thinking that a battery replacement was necessary. Instead, Paul suggested to test the battery, found the root cause, and was able to fix the issue without a new battery. Very happy with the service.

Very thorough evaluation, including comprehensive overall look at car elements that can degrade with age. Main issue was reviewed and gave me the option to get a wheel/tire balanced or replaced, before doing more work on the suspension. I recommend Stress Free for older car maintenance.

This is no longer Kenely. In over 20 years with Kenely I was never hit with a diagnostic charge when having them do the repair work. "Stress-Free" auto charged $205 to confirm that my starter needed to be replaced. At a shop rate of $205 an hour they claim it took an hour to confirm my stater was the problem. This ranges from either gross incompetence to outright thievery.
I am a loyal customer of this shop (now Stress-Free) from when it was German Motor Specialists and have always been happy with the level of service and professionalism. My most recent experience was no exception. I was checked in quickly, provided with a summary of needed service and given the choice of waiting or a ride to work/home.
