Easy scheduling. Nice lounge with fast Wifi to hang out, spacious, nice staff, professional, instant update by texting, thumb up.
Good communication, explained things well, and were straightforward when the issue went beyond what they could do - even took off one of the charges since they couldn't figure it out, greatly appreciated!
Everything went smoothly for a used car inspection before finalizing our purchase of a used Toyota SUV, that had a couple of prior owners. Communication was fast, clear, polite and drop off and pick up was very smooth and friendly. The email correspondence was quick and accurate. The system that makes it easy to understand the maintenance of the car and the results of the car and makes the problem clear made me feel very relieved. I would like to introduce this shop to other people.
Needed some clutch repair for an older BMW. Wes was very responsive in discussing the problem. They got the job done in one day. Shop is clean and prices are probably in line with other shops in the area. I was satisfied with the work and price.
I was very pleased with my service here. The team was ready for me, even though I was 30 minutes early, they took care of my vehicles issues with no problem right away. In and out within an hour. I'll be coming back here for sure.
Prices are high for being an independent shop. Big markup on fluids, less on parts, prices not very transparent. Often a 2x to 3x markup on basic fluid without discussing why with the customer isn't nice.

Good price for diagnostic, very professional service, thorough inspection and reporting of my car's maintenance needs. Didn't push any extra repairs and handled all the repairs I needed done within a day. Also had a nice waiting area to get work done on a laptop.
