I am a loyal customer of this shop (now Stress-Free) from when it was German Motor Specialists and have always been happy with the level of service and professionalism. My most recent experience was no exception. I was checked in quickly, provided with a summary of needed service and given the choice of waiting or a ride to work/home. Honest shop. I got my Lexus IS 200T headlights replaced from here. After 8 months one of them went bad again. They kept their promise and replaced it for free.

Paul and the Team at Stress Free in Mountain View are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They service my car and also took it in on short notice recently when it had problems that sent it into 'limp mode' and were pretty scary. They updated me frequently and discussed what they found and the plan of action. I am so grateful to them and and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great service!! I have been to this Stress Free Auto 3 times. They are professional and courteous. The cost of their services is reasonable and I truly trust their work. I wouldn't take my Audi anywhere else.

Good quick service, great communication. Pricing was also transparent, and the workers were polite and courteous.
2nd time for an oil change. Competitive pricing. & $10 off when booked online. Staff very nice & facility very clean.
I love this business model. I no longer worry about taking the car to the garage. stress free explain everything, show pictures and get agreement with transparent pricing ahead of the work. the front desk service staff are super knowledgeable and helpful. I'm never taking my car anywhere else again.
