My family and I have been taking our cars to Joel's for many years now and they've never let us down. The service is always very friendly and trustworthy. I've never come here and felt like I was pressured to have a service I didn't need or that I got ripped off. Simply put, they do the work right and you get exactly what you pay for.

Joel's Automotive is the best shop I have ever found. His prices are very reasonable. His mechanics are quite good. He is even willing to work with you on costs as he did with me when I could not pay the full bill all at once. Joel really takes care of his customers. He has saved me a lot of money in repair costs over the last two years. He also charges less for smog checks than other stations do and he can often fit you in while you wait.

I recently had work done to my car at Joel's automotive repair and it was such a hassle free experience I will be coming back any time I need anything done to my car. They have fair prices and work efficiently. They told me in detail what needed to be done to my car and in a way someone with a limited knowledge of cars can understand. I brought in my Audi 2011 to have serviced over a year ago. My car has been serviced by the dealership up to this point. I figured try to save money by finding a good mechanic away from the dealership. They initially did some work on the ball joint and shock absorbers and it seemed okay. So I took it back when I notice the engine was running a little rough on idle due to carbon buildup on the valves and the engine had to have the thermostat replaced. Stay away ,stay away...he over charged me for nothing. $95.00 just to do a test,that would tell you everything you need to know about him.

We were over 70 miles from home looking at a 1999 Jeep and had never had a used car checked out before. They were willing to give us 48 hours to decide so my wife called Joel's as they came highly recommended.They were able to get us in the same day and did a very professional job, explaining all the obvious problems and explaining the ramifications of the potential problems. We were able to purchase the Jeep with confidence. Good job Joel's!

If your looking for a auto repair shop where they're honest, knowledgable, fair, and has great customer service, then Joel's Automotive Repair is the best choice around. I've been going to Joel's since 2005, when I first moved to Upland, and I will continue to go there for as long as they are in business. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Joel's Automotive in Upland again went above and beyond excellent repair and service. I was having a problem with my 1998 Nissan Frontier starting every so often for many years and was told it was my battery twice and alternator at other repair shops. My problem still existed until I took my Truck back to Joel's and was told for sure it was my ignition lock cylinder.
