Joel has been fixing my car for years! He gets it done in a timely manner and my car is always running great when I pick it up. Every time I come I'm helped right away. Everyone who works in the office is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would suggest him to everyone I know! A few months ago he did tons of work on my car and it literally drives like new!
Joel takes good care of my vehicles. I regularly come here for routine maintenance. He inspects my car from bumper to bumper and let's me know if anything needs attention. No work is done without my approval. I can drop my vehicle off and know the work will be handled professionally. Pick it up when it's ready at my earliest convenience. The shop has even provided me with a ride locally when needed.
Last year I needed a smog check for my 2010 Kia Optima and every place I checked was charging way to much. I saw in a coupon book Joel's. I called and they told me come right in. There were a few cars there but he got me out within 30 minutes and the price was right. They said at that time if I'm looking for a mechanic to come on back because they do work on Kia. After calling around to get a smog check (and being quoted $60-$70), I finally found Joel, who quoted me an extremely fair price of $45. The customer service was excellent and I got a next-day appointment with Joel taking care of my car within ten minutes. It's rare to have a local auto repair shop where the owner is so involved and I would definitely return for repairs.

It is hard not to use derogatory language when describing this place or Joel. I once failed a smog, and applied for assistance through the Bureau of Automotive Repair. Joel told me my truck needed a NEW gas tank, and I went through the whole lengthy process to request assistance through the BAR to pay the $450 bill. ok here we go, you first brought your truck in on 08/02/2011 for a fail smog check that lead to a fuel system not pass the evap leak . we replace the fuel filler hose not the the fuel tank like you said and the total was not 450.oo then on 03/21/2013 you come in and said you have a fuel smell when i ask you you to sign the work order to inspect the truck you refused to sign . i can not work on or inspect any vehicle with out a work order. then 2 years after the fact we repair the filler neck not the tank. now on 7/14/16 you ... read more
This is the only repair shop I ever heard of that does NOT include the price of diagnostic if you get the repairs form them, they will charge you either way..If you are calling around the area for mechanics and this place is the only one ready to take you right away there is a reason for that. I been to them twice and was very disappointed both times. We spent 5k here on our diesel truck. They had it for a month (no exaggeration). The amount of time they took was unprofessional. I got the run around every time. And guess what? The check engine light is still on! I will not be repeating business with them.
