Seamless process. I love that they didn't put any pressure on me to do the other recommended services even though they performed a complete analysis on my car. It's nice I can have that to reference later. They were really nice and so easy to text.

Had a puncture and I called Costco for an appointment and was told if have to wait 4 days. Then I remembered I bought my tires from SFAC because I was tired of Costco's long delays and their limited focus on tires. I brought my car in early morning and the puncture was taken care of within 2 hours, *and* I had a list of items that I will need to check out at my next service to keep my car running well. I really like this service.

I recently came back to Stress Free Auto Care (I have had a Ford maintenance package that I cannot wait to be over with) for two different tire issues. Both times their service was above and beyond. I wasn't exactly the easiest customer my last visit due to a timing issue and they worked with me and were fantastic. I'll be a regular customer when my package is up.

Had two nails in my tire. Stress Free Auto Care took care of me living up ti their name. Communication was great, giving me play by play texts of what was done and what needed to be done to my car tire repair. They even shared a video camera feed while I was waiting of the technician working on my vehicle. I'd come back again. 10/10 would recommend.
