Ali and Israel are great. I feel comfortable asking questions regarding repairs and products knowing that they will give a knowledge based honest answer and not just try to make a sale. I also like the updates regarding my vehicle when it is in their care and the complimentary inspection and results they provide. Their pricing is fair and I would recommend anyone looking for a Stressfree auto repair shop to come here.

This place makes life so much easier when it comes to car issues. I've usually been able to come in on the same day. They help me to understand my car in layperson terms. They are part of the Costco auto program, so prices for Costco members are reasonable. And they even have a Lyft coupon to get you back home, and complimentary chips!

I initially had a frustrating experience with my scheduled appointment because I was told there would be a several-hour wait despite having an appointment time. As a customer, I believe scheduled appointments should be honored as closely as possible. However, I want to update my review because the manager personally spoke with me, apologized, and explained what happened. had to bring my car in last minute and they were able to fit me in, which I appreciated. staff was friendly and explained what needed to be done without making it confusing it did take a bit longer than I expected, but they kept things clear and the car has been running fine since prices are not the cheapest, but for the convenience and service, it felt reasonable.
