I have a 5-star review after a brake job last week, prior to a long Labor Day weekend road trip. One hour into our trip, my car died on a very busy Hwy 152 that required CHO to do a safety block of one lane. Now, it is rather coincidental that my car should fail soon after a service, as it had never happened before. I was easily able to make an appointment online and describe my headlight electrical issue. Bought a used car with a 3rd party headlight assembly and a complicated HID system installed that made replacing the bulb too difficult for me when one went out. It was also particularly tricky for me to access the bulb housings on my car and I really didn't understand this custom headlight system where I couldn't just unplug and replace the bulb.
