This place makes life so much easier when it comes to car issues. I've usually been able to come in on the same day. They help me to understand my car in layperson terms. They are part of the Costco auto program, so prices for Costco members are reasonable. And they even have a Lyft coupon to get you back home, and complimentary chips!

I initially had a frustrating experience with my scheduled appointment because I was told there would be a several-hour wait despite having an appointment time. As a customer, I believe scheduled appointments should be honored as closely as possible. However, I want to update my review because the manager personally spoke with me, apologized, and explained what happened. had to bring my car in last minute and they were able to fit me in, which I appreciated. staff was friendly and explained what needed to be done without making it confusing it did take a bit longer than I expected, but they kept things clear and the car has been running fine since prices are not the cheapest, but for the convenience and service, it felt reasonable.

For years I have enjoyed the excellent care and competence of Gene Brawn, recently retired. Sorry to see him go; but believe Phillip, his replacement, will be equally good to work with. Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.!

I scheduled to take my car in to get my transmission fixed and they ordered the part for the transmission but the vendor messed up 3 times. The guys at Stress free auto finally got the part and made sure it was the correct part. These guys are totally awesome. I will be bringing in my car for now on . That to me the trust makes it a great value in their service.
