Had two nails in my tire. Stress Free Auto Care took care of me living up ti their name. Communication was great, giving me play by play texts of what was done and what needed to be done to my car tire repair. They even shared a video camera feed while I was waiting of the technician working on my vehicle. I'd come back again. 10/10 would recommend.

100% wholeheartedly recommend Stress Free Auto Care. Purchased a used car in San Jose recently (in town from SF) and wanted a PPI but didn't know where to go -- got a referral to go to Stress Free, and am SO glad I did. Everything was quick and easy. Appointment, diagnostics, fixing the problem. They got me free Lyft ride home. Gave pricing upfront with discount. My car was taken in on Sunday, when majority of places is closed. I appreciate their nicely organized service.

WOW!! Finding this place was such a win. I'd been having some issues with my car (weak ignition, rough idle, etc.) and they were able to get me in the same day and texted a link to their inspection results only a couple hours later. They gave me 50% off the first hour for the diagnostic too which really meant a lot since I hadn't even asked about any specials yet. I've been using Stress Free for years, and have always been happy with them.Several times they have gone 'way beyond to get the parts I needed for my ' 96 Ford F250, such as a rebuilt engine!

Due to my driving skills and hitting something on the road which caused a gash in my tire I pulled to the nearest tire shop off my nearest exist. My co worker actually came here a few weeks ago since she had a nail in her tire and said they had her in and out quickly! I came during lunch but someone was nice enough in the middle of my breakdown and looked at my car and had me all set up with options before waiting on a tech to return from lunch.
