First experience was exceptional. This time was not. Had an appointment for tire rotation and brake check. Walked in and met with rudeness by one man who didn't seem to understand why the appointment was made. The next guy I walked to looked over and asked why the first man didn't check me in and he said he's in the middle of something. Got checked in and then stayed there from 3:30 to 6pm for tire rotation (tires bought there) and brake check. They landed it nicely and apologized for the delay. I went in with an appointment to drop off my car but decided last minute to wait while they did a 4-wheel alignment. They were super accommodating and quick. What really stood out was how respectful and approachable the staff were -- when they asked me about the steering controls and pointed out how far out it had gotten they, they didn't make me feel dumb for not noticing.
