Brake pads replacement job. Very efficient and highly professional service provided by Gene. Great waiting area. Provided Lyft ride too. With Costco discount, great value. They did a whole car inspection with a report too. Highly recommended.

This place not only gives you a comprehensive report of your car (including photos), but also shared live updates as your car is in service (live camera too)! Truly amazing! haven't been to any car care places that offers this level of service! Besides, their lobby area is very clean, with A/C, restroom, wifi, free snacks, and water. Truly incredible

Kept me informed about the progress of my car every step of the way, and explained everything well so I could understand my options. I never felt "sold to". Always friendly and I got my car back on was on my way quickly. Highly recommend.

Solid 5/5 rating I will be a returning customer: I went in for a pre-purchase car inspection. Ony & Brian were my two helpers today- excellent customer service and swift follow-up. (Thank you both!) I had engine coolant replaced and AC noise checked out on my BMW. Work completed on the promised time with the report of current condition of the entire vehicle. Work was done great with great value. I've been a customer of Stress Free over 15 years, which never disappointed me. I would recommend Stress Free to anyone.

While I am not typically a big techy person, I did appreciate the board showing me the progress of my vehicle, the on-line scheduling and the extensive report with photos of my 2010 infiniti ex 35. I had just had tired rotated at costco and i quoted whether they needed to be changed out and was told "no." Stress free told me they needed to be changed due to uneven wear on the edge and showed me photos. They offered to price match. this auto shop went above and beyond for me totally looked at my van, even though I couldn't get it fixed they didn't charge me a dime, and I would definitely go back to them. I really would.
