I have been to this place two times for different services and my experience has been great! The first time was for a tire alignment and the second time was for overall check up and oil change. I found this place on Yelp and chose it because of the name. It is a stress free auto shop and the staff are super friendly and great at communicating what needs to be done. Thanks to the excellent service I have been getting at Stress Free (formerly Tires Unlimited) for the past couple of decades, my 20 year old Toyota Highlander is still running smoothly. I just had an oil leak taken care of, as well as several other things that went along with it. I won't bore you with details. I was very happy with the service. They let me know regularly the status of my vehicle, were quick to service it, and didn't overcharge or try to upsell me. I felt respected and not talked down to (something very much appreciated as a woman, when dealing with vehicles). I will definitely return for other vehicle issues.

Went for wheel balance for my Tesla model 3 and very happy with the service here! Wonderful service from Brian and team. Liked the immediate online diagnostic report and Brian explained any potential issues to watch out very well and seemed knowledgeable! It has a great place to hangout and the service was done in a very prompt manner and very easy to call and hv a conversation abt the service!

Service at Stress-Free Auto Care was fantastic! I had originally scheduled maintenance with Toyota, but they quoted me nearly $900. Instead, I decided to pick up my car and found Stress-Free Auto Care through Maxcare's RepairPal service. From the start, the staff was incredibly helpful over the phone. They quickly provided a quote for the maintenance--just $140! While the final cost was higher due to an alignment my car needed, it was still far less than what Toyota was charging (even before factoring in the alignment). Bes... read more
