This place seemed good at first. I liked the report about all my cars problems with photos they sent me via text. The problem came when Brian the service guy called me. He kept trying to upsell me services like buy six fuel injectors when I only needed one and unfortunately I caved in and got some kind of Compression Cylinder Balance Leak test which cost over $100. As a person who has been through the highest and the lowest of repair costs for an older vehicle, I have the most understanding of the general cost for certain repairs and services. Coming in to get my car repaired people are extremely kind and very nice as they should be in customer service. Made an appointment at 1:30pm, came in at 1pm and was told it would be done in 2 hours (just for an oil change). Went to valley fair for 2 hrs and a half and came all the way back just for them to say they forgot to assign someone to work on my vehicle. Didn't even get any apologies or partial refunds for wasting 2 hours and a half of my time... So I have to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes more..

Made an appointment. They set it as 1hr total time. Arrived a few min early. 1hr scheduled tire changed started 3 hours later and still not ready 4 hours later.

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop due to misleading pricing practices. Before booking, I did my due diligence and spoke with two different employees who both quoted me a range of $470-$510 (pre-tax) for a battery replacement. Labor rate is $280.00 am hour. Parts from OReillys and mechanics who may or may not have ever replaced a timing belt in their life on my particular vehicle. Which includes replacing water pump, cam seals, crank seal, timing tensioner etc. Stevens Crk Toyota was less STRESSFUL!!

You have the wrong location. The labor rate listed is incorrect and the Timing belt kits have never come from OReilly's. We use OEM suppliers Like Aisin.
Over estimated prices and Labour charge. Provide my Merc Benz for power issue and they did not diagnose that and came up with other fixes for $500+. Car brake change labour charge is costlier than the original parts it seems.

Wasting of my time, do not bring your car here. I made appointment 2days in advance with VIN# and license plate so they can prepare oil and oil filter for my car. When I got there today and they dont even have the oil filter, on top of that Gene dont even know what grade of oil is using or how many quart of oil for this car. This is very bad and wasting of my time to come out today. never and never again with this shop.

The client was not interested in paying for the additional oil above 5 qts as stated on the oil change coupon. This in itself was the only real issue the client had while here on location.
