Gene and crew are awesome - highly recommended! You can call or schedule an appointment online and get updates on your vehicle's status via text as well as see your car online on their site. I called to check out their availability and price on a oil change and tire rotation an was given a quick appointment as well as a special price/deal. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

We have been going to Tires Unlimited/Stress Free Auto Care for over 15 years (with multiple vehicles). The repairs and scheduling and customer service are excellent. They update with texts, fix what's needed, get our cars back on time, and give a detailed inspection report about items that will likely need attention in the future, so we can plan. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I can't recommend Stress Free Auto Care enough! Every visit to the Stevens Creek Boulevard location has been a seamless, hassle-free experience. I took my Honda Clarity for a new interstate battery; they took care of it while I was waiting. Good service, as always, and the manager, Gene, is super cool! Highly recommended!

I went to this location this past Saturday and was in and out in a hour. The customer service was top notch and the gentleman helping me at the desk was very knowledgeable and even went above and beyond in helping me explore other options for my car. I initially scheduled an alignment but only needed a balance. I will use them in the future if I have any tire or wheel issues. Great value for the service I received, which was an alignment.

This business is top notch. The included thorough inspection picked up an important safety issue another mechanic completely missed. Everything about the process is completely transparent. The staff are very knowledgeable and honest. I don't typically leave reviews, especially five star ones, but literally everything about the experience was above and beyond. Seriously, their waiting area even smells nice. I definitely recommend this business.
