awesome service! My mom's car had a failed engine, and it was on Sunday afternoon. They are the only one who open until 4pm. The engine was fixed on Tue with some additional safety checks and replacement. Overall the work is excellent and the price is reasonable. I would recommend this place to others. The one along Stevens creek blvd.

One of the tires had a slow air leak and came here to get it checked out. They found a nail and patched it up. Pricing was fair compared to other places nearby. The fix took a couple of hours. They also did a complimentary vehicle check with a report, possibly because it was our first visit here.

I wanted to like this auto shop... I searched for options near me with great reviews and they had 4.5 stars, so I went to their website and requested an appointment. I never heard back so I called, and they had not received my online request. No problem, made an appointment over the phone and they had availability a couple days later. Gene and his crew really came through for me. The family was driving to WA for Thanksgiving and realized there was the potential for a huge winter storm on the way up, but needed to replace the tires that had very little tread left. I had new tires shipped to Stress-Free but they were delayed due the storm that I'd potentially be driving through. I've had 8 sets of tires mounted here and they've always done a good job! Appreciate their flexibility, I often drop off just my rims with them.

This was our first time using stress free and I have to admit it kind of was truth in advertising. Everything is up front, and they broke it down explaining what was necessary eventually vs what was needed to get it running right now. No pressure, and I didn't feel like I was being talked down to, or taken advantage of. The car was up and running when they said it would be. Seems like a pretty reliable company.
