When I found the property I wanted to purchase, I contacted other lenders and they were slow to respond. It's a fast-moving market, timing is important. I contacted Sue on a Friday and she worked through the weekend to secure pre-approval for us to make an offer on a Monday. She worked hard to ensure we locked in the lowest rates. Then she and her team stayed in constant contact with us through closing. They are an excellent group to work with.

Sue's help was tremendous! She helped me with a loan that allowed me to sign and put $0 down and she was in constant contact with me and my wife for the duration of our offer and closing. We had a big debacle with a larger firm and in short ended up scrambling to secure a loan in less than two weeks and Sue did it!
