Beautiful beach, food was good, staff excellent My husband and I had a wonderful vacation. The weather was perfect. Good place to stay with out spending an arm and a leg
Nice Staff, good good and primary lovation The hotel itself has been in the process of remodeling in some areas that any guest can avoid, such as the staircases... The staff and the food/drinks are great!! Walking distance to the main clubs and nightlife!

It is nice hotel , but night sleep time has a lot of noise around in side of hotel , may because night time worker , if they can keep noise lower it will be better
Read before booking I think hotel ratings are overstated. Hotel needs an update. All rooms are connected to a big atrium where the main restaurant is. Restaurant is noisy starting 715 am up to 1130 pm. so if your room is close, you will hear music and plates and cutlery noise throughout the day, with only 8 hours without noise, if you are in the first three floors I guess. ask for a room in a higher floor!! Beautiful Location, Average Food/Service Our first time in Cancun and first all-inclusive. Unmarried couple in our later 20's. The shuttle services upon arrival was easy to locate and BD had friendly staff. Our issue with them was that no BD rep met us at the hotel to schedule our pickup shuttle so we had to schedule it ourselves & at the time we were told it cost for the phone call. Disappointing. Budget friendly This is a budget friendly hotel, great beach location, not fancy, a little worn, but clean rooms, decent food , friendly staff.

Good place to relax Hotel was great if you are wanting to have a nice relaxing vacation. Food wasn't the greatest..but what can you expect for the price? Pool area was nice..beach was great! Room had a few issues but was clean and larger than a lot of hotels I've stayed in. The workers were the best part!! They were all so very accommodating....from the front desk, to the waiters and bartenders, to the room service people....everyone was great!
