Beautiful Location, Average Food/Service Our first time in Cancun and first all-inclusive. Unmarried couple in our later 20's. The shuttle services upon arrival was easy to locate and BD had friendly staff. Our issue with them was that no BD rep met us at the hotel to schedule our pickup shuttle so we had to schedule it ourselves & at the time we were told it cost for the phone call. Disappointing. Budget friendly This is a budget friendly hotel, great beach location, not fancy, a little worn, but clean rooms, decent food , friendly staff.

Good place to relax Hotel was great if you are wanting to have a nice relaxing vacation. Food wasn't the greatest..but what can you expect for the price? Pool area was nice..beach was great! Room had a few issues but was clean and larger than a lot of hotels I've stayed in. The workers were the best part!! They were all so very accommodating....from the front desk, to the waiters and bartenders, to the room service people....everyone was great! feedback for an all inclusive 5 day stay Relatively Small but friendly hotel. Amazing beach, great swimming pool. Extremely warm staff and great service. Gina (though i did not meet her) and Armando-front desk was great help and arrange for us to be moved to another room. Mario and Carlos catered vegetarian meals....Enrique makes great cocktails
Fantastisk strand Hotellets stora behållning är den fantastiska stranden, smaragdgrönt vatten med vit sand, helt underbar. Själva hotellet börjar bli lite till åren, personalen är trevlig och gör ett bra jobb men upplevs stundtals underbemannad då servicen tenderar att ta lång tid. Maten är helt ok för att var all incl.
wonderful experience!!!! This hotel was beyond excellent!!! fantastic international buffets, a variety of excellent foods!!! All staffs are extreamly kind and nice!!! Wonderful beach and drinks!!!! Room was also very clean and comfortable!!!
Above average The overall experience was pleasant. My room has a good view of the ocean, but the room itself was very unwelcoming. The paint was old, and the lights weren't bright enough. The room lacks the warm feeling due to lack of color and character. No blow-dryer, lacks electrical outlets, the door didn't lock properly, etc. Most of their staff were friendly except for a couple people at the bar who weren't too helpful.
