Great beach and amazing service My only complaint would be about the rooms. They are out dated. The room was always kept clean though. We were given a first floor room that was in between one of the hotels and the pool (115). We thought it would be extremely noisy however the noise was never an issue. The beach is great. I recommend putting your towel on the chairs in the morning before breakfast though. Not horrible....but not fantastic either I'd have to say overall this resort is about a 3.0 (but certainly not the 3.7 it was rated when I booked my trip). Let's start with the cons... The resort is definitely one of the older ones at the north end of the Hotel Zone. Also, it's important to note that it is primarily a timeshare property. Good Value, Nice Beach, Good Service The beach was awesome. The location was really nice, walking distance to the shopping area, Coco Bongo etc. The wait staff was really attentive and tried to please us. The hotel offered activities through-out the day for adults and kids. We really liked the dinner shows out at the outdoor dining hall. 日本人は私達だけ！会話はスマホ、グーグル翻訳。butセニョール・オースティーノさんありがとう！ 日本人は私達だけでした。東洋人も2組くらいで主に欧米の白人ばかりでした。 英語もスペイン語も出来ませんが、スマホの翻訳アプリで乗り切りました。 オールインクルーシヴだったので滞在中の飲食はタダでした。アルコールもボトルで頼む以外かかりません。 チップも含まれているので日本人には良いと思います。 カンクンのホテルゾーンは物価が高いです。 お部屋にはキッチンがついているので日本から持参した食品も食べることができ便利でした。 ニューヨークからの飛行機が遅れて夜中にチェックインした為、本来予約した部屋でなかったので、次の日変えてもらいました。その際の対応もスムーズでした。 オーシャンビューで最高の眺めでした。ビーチも綺麗です。 ライスラショッピングやどこに行くのも立地はいいです。 レストランでは主人の誕生日にフルートの演奏とケーキでお祝いしていただき、良い思い出になりました。 最後の日はビーチのカヴァナでリゾートを満喫しました。 また利用したいです。 Mr,Faustino Pool Gonzales！GRACIAS!

I read many negative things about the hotel before going and was anxious about our stay. My worries were unnecessary. The entire staff did everything to please us. Jose the desk manager went out of the way to accommodate us with a special room because it was my birthday. The dining room was super Carlos gave excellent seating and our waiter Daniel was attentive to the nth degree. chambre d'hôtel Mauvaise idée de mettre un restaurant à la carte au centre des étages des chambres. Très difficile de se reposer avant 23h. Nice, all-inclusive cancun experience We got a great deal on the all inclusive package at this resort which is why we picked this resort. It's at the more northern portion of the hotel zone. The beach was great, our room was very modern and cleaned well each day. We had a balcony overlooking the lagoon. The mini bar in the room was stocked with soda, water, and beer each day, no liquor. Muy bueno Un hotel muy lindo, al lado de la playa.Con servicio de playa, dos restaurantes bien equipados, con una buena variedad de comidas, el servicio al cuarto fue lo mejor. Very nice The staff was very friendly and they catered to our every request however I wish the furniture in the rooms were updated. This is a family oriented Hotel
