Couples getaway The hotel was okay ... We decided to attend a wedding at the last minute & this was our only option ....I loved the stay at the hotel just note that the tv was outdated & furniture needed to be updated as well ..however, the food and service was excellent!!! thee only problem I have with Cancun overall is the harassment of buying timeshares. From the moment you step off the plane your vacation is cut short by giving 90 minutes of your time for vouchers & presentations of timeshares that you don't need!
very nice and good location we had wonderful weather and the stay was very nice. Staff was pleasant and very flexible. Check in was a little bit delayed but checking out was smooth. Food was very good and the best thing is that the beach was excellent.
Great Getaway!! My husband and I went for 8 days in June and looking to book the same trip! The staff was amazing!! We loved the entertainers! Eddie & Samuel were awesome! Hotel was clean and our view was amazing! Great food, Great people and pleanty of sunshine! Can't wait to do it again!!

Siamo stati bene... Abbiano approfittato della formula "tutto compreso" per gli ultimi due gg di vacanza....hotel grosso ubicato su un tratto di spiaggia stupendo. Abbiamo trovati buoni i pasti offerti (ad eccezione della sera: se non si prenota per tempo i ristoranti che hanno posti limitati, si viene sbattuti sotto un capannone all'esterno con tanto di show assordante...orrendo!!!); personale molto cortese e disponibile. Camere spaziose con letto comodissimi. Cena a parte ci siamo trovati bene!
Sunset Royal experience The resort has nice hard working staff. However, you will be reminded often of the excluded services if you're not a "member ". The beach is AMAZING , coffee is fantastic food just ok to survive . Drinks are watered down. Please visit the sister resort sunset Laguna also part of the all inclusive . We had a fun , relaxing time and made the best despite of the few details that could have made it much better .
Disorganized Stayed at hotel from Sunday to early Saturday . Day one, Saturday the only thing that they explained was the schedule for meals and activities and that I needed to print out my reservation for the hotel or they would charge me. On Wednesday I was notified by phone that I was to attend a time share the next day or I would be charged $120.00. On Thursday we spent the day from 8:30am to 4:00pm at this time share. pleasing surprise This was our first time at a time share property. We were nervous that the presenter would be insistent, but that didn't happen at all. A plus! The first room we received had sticky floor, foul smell... not good. We were upgraded to a bigger room which improved the experience. Breakfast is good, lunch not great, dinner at reserved restaurants (which was not difficult to do) was yummy.
