Know the currency I loved the location. It was a great place to experience cancun at its finest. Reasonably priced and delivered on the price point. I would go back again.

Muchos meseros son muy amables, el hotel necesita remodelacion pero la playa tiene camas que te pueden llevar el servicio de bebidas y comidas ahi. Los shows muy buenos y el mariachi en la cena lo disfrute.

E regular mas tem tudo para ser otimo Um pouco constrangedor motivo tudo que você pede para comer ou beber tem que dar número de sua abitacao . À noite se não marcar jantar você fica sem opção e nunca tem vaga para onde você quer jantar Mas tenho bom atendimento por duas pessoas. Rolando é Ignacio a maioria dos serviçais te tratam muito bem.

Honeymoon in Mexico We arrived at the Cancun airport to find out that there had been a "mix up" with our ground transportation. The driver from our resort said he did not have our name on his list and then referred us to several taxi drivers who tried to coax us into paying an outrageous amount to take us to our hotel. Great staff The cleaning staff and waiters do an excellent job. Daniel, at the man restaurant, went above and beyond to give us the best experience. You have to reserve seats at 0900 am everyday. They have different themes, seafood and Mexican food every other night. There is another restaurant where the rooms open to. It's an Italian restaurant named Capriccio. Agradable Cuando llegamos al hotel no habia habitaciones por sobreventa, nos mandaron al Hotel Ocean Spa que es de la misma cadena y mismas características. EEn este hotel nos sentimos agusto, todo muy bien. Los alimentos muy variados y ricos. La ubicación nos agrado más porque estaba más cerca del centro de Cancun y de ahi pudimos desplazarnos para donde quisimos.

BEAUTIFUL RESORT RIGHT ON THE BEACH WE ENJOYED THE AMBIANCE AND THE BEACHFRONT. IT WAS WONDERFUL HAVING ALL SERVICES ON SITE. THE ROOM WAS PLEASANT AND COMFORTABLE.

Great beach and amazing service My only complaint would be about the rooms. They are out dated. The room was always kept clean though. We were given a first floor room that was in between one of the hotels and the pool (115). We thought it would be extremely noisy however the noise was never an issue. The beach is great. I recommend putting your towel on the chairs in the morning before breakfast though. Not horrible....but not fantastic either I'd have to say overall this resort is about a 3.0 (but certainly not the 3.7 it was rated when I booked my trip). Let's start with the cons... The resort is definitely one of the older ones at the north end of the Hotel Zone. Also, it's important to note that it is primarily a timeshare property. This would have been nice to know before booking as there is certainly a difference in the service for timeshare members vs. the average guest and it was noticed by us.
