Didn’t really care for the food not a lot of variety. Their activities were sparse and staff didn’t get the people involved in anything
I didn't like it was all inclusive and they would monitor the amount of sodas, waters, and beer in the refrigerator. Breakfast didn't begin till 7:00am and I had a tour guide picking me up at 7:20am. Dinner would cease at 11:00pm and room service would stop at 10:30pm. When I returned from my tour I was starving and there was nothing to eat. Not even vending machines. El peor viaje de mi vida !!! Este hotel debería de desaparecer de la tierra !!! Es un fraude , te lo venden en expidia como si fuera el Mejor y nada que ver con la realidad , el cuarto horrible , todo sucio y más el ruido es insupoerable , se escucha por la noche del cuarto que está a lado como se bañan . Terrible horrible Bad deal...this place promotes itself as ALL INCLUSIVE anD is everything butt inclusive...only club members get all inclusive privileges...HATED will never go back not even if offered for freee....staff was rude. NOT accommodating...the only people that deserve kudos are the entertainment crew. They really work hard. A++++ to them...everything else FFF GRADE. Close to the beach but small Small and under construction very disappointed very noisy and the entrance thing bathe beach was far. Construction workers walking all around
Terrible Our flight to Cancun was delayed so we called Expedia knowing we wouldn't get to the resort until 1am and as only staying one night didn't seem at all worth it originally gettinfin in at 6pm. Expedia said they couldn't contact resort so we bought 599 usd one way tickets to Cancun from Mexico City so we could make our hotel booking because would have worked out the same to stay at hotel in Mexico City when we arrived at the resort at 1am everything was shut I asked the front desk if there was anything they could do l... read more
Not what I expected First staff is friendly but room was not ready at check in time. Food is terrible and very little selection. Rooms are clean but beds are not comfortable also I booked a king size and got a full size bed. Hotel is not the worse but won't be coming back
Great location, outdated hotel Had 3 different rooms. First one was not what we booked. We booked for a double bed, they tried to give us 1 bed and a sofa bed on the first floor. Second room has a sign of wet paint at the door and smells. Third room, was on the third floor overlooking the tent like contraption facing the parking lot. Can hear the restaurant noise from below.
