Nothing in minibar. 1 bed and 1 washcloth for 2 ppl. Restaurant over 1 hour wait. No money at hotel for change or exchange for 2 days
The hotel Expedia recommended was overbooked. When we arrived at Sunset Royal Beach, an all inclusive hotel, they checked us in and after we paid the room taxes they informed us they were overbooked. They said they would put us in a better hotel that was down the street; however, the hotel, Hacienda Tres Ríos was an hour away. We were not able to check into Sunset Royal. Apparently, they had overbooked and sent us to a different resort with restrictions and horrible location. We met a few other families with the same situation, and they also booked with Expedia. Are they doing it to all Expedia Reservations? I am losing faith in Expedia. Ruined my vacation.
Beach was very nice,rooms were very clean but food and drinks weren’t the best.
Not good for vegetarians
room was good, food quality specially the fish (cheapest tilapia fish was served again and again had no choice but to eat) was bad. Think twice before booking the second trip at this location.
