Small hotel and not many selection for food. Very pushy to sell their package. Will not go back this hotel.
The place is run down and the staff not helpful. Avoid this place. It is not a resort . It's more like a dirty motel.
Tyckte inte om detta hotell. Vi anlände sent och hungriga. Enda maten som fanns tillgänglig var en hemsk buffé med väldigt lite utbud. Frukosten var okej men inga andra ställen än inne i frukost restaurangen kunde man få tag i kaffe tidigt på morgonen. Efter nån timma på solstolarna vid stranden fick vi tillsägelse att vi låg på "VIP" avdelningens solstolar och var tvugna att flytta. Bad hotel experience Tv and fridge did not work in our room when we checked in. One restaurant did not let us eat there because we did no had a reservation, even though we had the all inclusive package and the restaurant was empty. none wanted to offer services since we are a young couple until we started tipping the waiters.
I wouldn't go here It's the only thing change Room didn't look like the pictures. They don't restock your mini bar with sods unless you call twice each day. Order something on the beach, it will never come. Food was bland and just not good. Some staff was very nice. Next year I will pay more to get a room somewhere else so I can feel that I'm on a relaxing vacation instead of at the cheap motel that feelshe like it
Sad, I had to deal with Racism in my own country
Not too family friendly We originally planned to stay at Sunset Royal for four nights, but left after one night because we had reserved room with a king bed and ocean view and were given a queen with a view of the pool deck. The rooms are very noisy because there is a large restaurant in the center atrium of the hotel. Pesimo sistema de reservaciones, teniamos una reservacion para una persona con discapacidad la cual nunca tuvo el cuarto adecuado pues supuestamente se encontraba en reparacion desde hace 4 meses. Worst vacation in 20 years! My experience at Sunset Royal Beach was very disappointing, the worst vacation I have been on in the 20 years I've been going to Mexico. The room we were put in was very out dated, the air conditioning was broken and we couldn't adjust it but it ran 24/7. I ordered a crib when we booked our trip - but there wasn't a crib in the room when we arrived.
