Horrible Rooms, Horrible Food.. Upon arrival to the hotel, we got checked in early which was awesome. Unfortunately, the cleaning products they use are so strong they completely over powered our room and my boyfriend ended up throwing up over the balcony. They were booked so we couldn't get a new room. So we dealt with the smell the whole trip. The A/C had NO filter, about 6 inches of dirt and dust and black mold all over the door.. Experiencia en Cancun El hotel es antiguo se nota en las habitaciones, las puertas, etc, de hecho tuvimos problemas atrapados en un elevador, la atención del personal es muy amable, pero la calidad de los alimentos no es la mejor.La playa es increíble pero hay poca atención solo pude contar 3 meseros para todos los huéspedes en la playa. Definitivamente creo que hay mejores opciones, aunque la amabilidad del personal es de recalcarse.

Muy mal hotel y servicio Fue una experiencia bastante desagradable ya que lo que en la pagina de expedia enseñan con fotos y esta escrito y lo cual reserve, no es lo mismo que me nos dieron cuando nos registramos en el hotel. Los cuartos que nos dieron no eran en absoluto lo que había reservado de acuerdo a las imagenes de expedia y el servicio que ofrecían de 24 horas tampoco lo respetaron. Front desk told me I didn't have a reservation after I confirmed it over the phone prior. The beach was FULL of seaweed. The Food was not great. The staff in the restaurants and the housekeeping however were good.
All my family including me got sick. My second daughter started fever and diarrhea on the fourth night of the vacation. Me and my wife got very bad diarrhea second day of our return. My little girl got ear infection and the worst, my oldest daughter pneumonia. I have doctors records to document this. I am so disappointed that I will never travel to Mexico again. DO NOT GO STAY AWAY FOOD STOMACH VIRUS Do not go stay away. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY. I got a food virus on the first day and was in the hospital back in the states with E-COLI. DO NOT GO PLEASE
Look Elsewhere First There were minimal food choices in the restaurants. Room was dated, but clean. Music that was played on the beach was often offensive. We had to ask to have music changed. It was obvious that there were two groups of people who where there; timeshare owners and non-owners. The owners seemed to get more attention than others.
Very old in-room furniture The beach is great and the overall hotel facilities are ok, but the in-room furniture and the construction itself is very old. The staff were very nice. The all inclusive food and beverage are not great but it´s ok.
