The amenities on this property were less than sub par. There was construction which meant lots of banging, the beds were very uncomfortable, the food, well let’s say that you could have eaten cardboard and it would have had more flavor. I will say that the staff was great at the property, one thing that we did not like was right after you check in you are told to complete the process by taking to additional staff and come to find out it was only to try and get you to buy into their time shares. Terrible noisy coming from the kichen of the hotel restaurant almost from every midnight to morning, we have asked front desk, but nothing changes, can hardly sleep for even a single night during our 4 days stay, if anybody go there, avoid the ground level or maybe lower level rooms, too too too noisy.
Pesimo servicio. En general servicio pésimo!!! La comida mala, pedí una ensalada de sardina, con aceitunas, tomate y aderezo de limón y miel y me llego la lechuga más barata, atún y dos aceitunas. My wife and I stayed for two nights at this hotel after our flight was delayed for a few days. Pros: Nice beach, great waves, rooms are big and have a kitchenette Cons: Food is not good, I don't know how to describe it, but it's really bland and there is very little variety. My wife is a vegetarian and there was almost nothing for her to eat. The atmosphere inside the hotel is weird. It has a very old feeling. The only thing I did not like is that the restaurants were never on time. they say they open at 7:00 and we planned to have breakfast before leaving on an excursion but were never able to eat because at 7:15 they still were not open and that was the time the bus was scheduled to pick us up to take us on our tour. If they would open up at the time its says they open we would have had at least 15 minutes to grab something to eat.
The worst hotel ,The worst customer service and service
Not happy overall .
the food is average and we got a room full of mold. Not to mention that the room was at the first floor where one of the restaurants is and it was impossible to get some decent night rest because of the loud noises
Sorry but I’m being real. The service was great but the room was average and overpriced in my opinion....won’t stay here again.
