I wouldn't go here It's the only thing change Room didn't look like the pictures. They don't restock your mini bar with sods unless you call twice each day. Order something on the beach, it will never come. Food was bland and just not good. Some staff was very nice. Next year I will pay more to get a room somewhere else so I can feel that I'm on a relaxing vacation instead of at the cheap motel that feelshe like it

It so bad, unclean I would not recommend to anyone Arrive at hotel gave me wrong room. I have to ask to get right room.

Not too family friendly We originally planned to stay at Sunset Royal for four nights, but left after one night because we had reserved room with a king bed and ocean view and were given a queen with a view of the pool deck. The rooms are very noisy because there is a large restaurant in the center atrium of the hotel. Viaje inolvidable e insuperable ... por supuesto Pesima recepcion a excepcion del supervisor Abraham. Pesimo sistema de reservaciones, teniamos una reservacion para una persona con discapacidad la cual nunca tuvo el cuarto adecuado pues supuestamente se encontraba en reparacion desde hace 4 meses. Worst vacation in 20 years! My experience at Sunset Royal Beach was very disappointing, the worst vacation I have been on in the 20 years I've been going to Mexico. The room we were put in was very out dated, the air conditioning was broken and we couldn't adjust it but it ran 24/7. I ordered a crib when we booked our trip - but there wasn't a crib in the room when we arrived. Horrible Rooms, Horrible Food.. Upon arrival to the hotel, we got checked in early which was awesome. Unfortunately, the cleaning products they use are so strong they completely over powered our room and my boyfriend ended up throwing up over the balcony. They were booked so we couldn't get a new room. So we dealt with the smell the whole trip. The A/C had NO filter, about 6 inches of dirt and dust and black mold all over the door.. Experiencia en Cancun El hotel es antiguo se nota en las habitaciones, las puertas, etc, de hecho tuvimos problemas atrapados en un elevador, la atención del personal es muy amable, pero la calidad de los alimentos no es la mejor.La playa es increíble pero hay poca atención solo pude contar 3 meseros para todos los huéspedes en la playa. Definitivamente creo que hay mejores opciones, aunque la amabilidad del personal es de recalcarse.
