TO DUTY I SAW CUCARACHAS IN THE RESTAURANT and one day dont clean the room
Not happy Nothing on the description of the hotel was correct. Check in was really at 4 PM and check out was really at 10 AM. Wii fi was NOT free. There were really only 2 restaurants in the hotel, you were required to make dinner reservations the day before, and the menu had very, very little to choose from. Our first night in our room we found a huge cockroach in our bathroom so they moved us up 1 floor, only to find it to had bugs. Very disappointed in the hotel! Spend a little more money and go some where nicer.
Pretty OK. If you are looking for a cheap all inclusive with decent breakfast and lunch, then go for it. The beach is great, and if you tip your server, you will get good service under a tiki hut! (Just lower your bar of expectation and realize that you can't beat a nice beach and cold, unlimited Margaritas!) The place is really cheap, so you get what you pay for. just ok Not alot to do evenings. Had to have reservations for the only 2 resturants. You could have the option of eating at a buffet outside, at 7:30 in evenings. Food was so-so. Went with another couple, and all 4 of us spent 2 days in our rooms sick. We didn't eat off the hotel. Room was so-so also, bath didn't have a fan so it kept steaming up, so 2 could not get ready at same time. Lack of outlets, so couldn't get ready elsewhere. would not go there again.
Do not expect your confirmation to get you a room! This was supposed to be aan ending to a FABULOUS week already spent in the Riviera Maya. We should've never left. I had a confirmation number and the hotel stated they had been booked for days and they had no idea how I received a confirmation number. The manager stated he was not required to do anything for us and that is exactly what he did, nothing! I would never recommend anyone stay at this facility, It certainly is not a four star by any standard that I could see.
If you're not an "owner" here - you don't matter I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When I booked it, I didn't realize that we were going to get harrassed to buy a time-share. We couldn't do anything at the hotel or any of the other related hotels until we went to this presentation. Finally gave in and our "salesman" was extremely rude. Since we were not "owners" at the hotel, we were placed in a room full of mold. Our room spelled, we could see the mold in our bathroom and there was a restaurant right outside our d... read more
Pay more and stay somewhere else Hotel rooms are not clean at all killed a couple of cocharoaches in the room. Pool is very small. I would definitely pay more and stay somewhere else.
NEEDS BETTER SERVICE 1ST OFF we got at the airport and didnt have our motel shuttle there in which we had to call and ask whats the problem and the shuttle did show up.. As we arrived at the hotel we was greeted and we bought our own luggage in the resort as the driver was waiting for a tip. 2ND we checked in and didnt get a room until 2hrs later after we had to sign up for a timeshare appointment and the room still wasnt ready so we had to sit in the lobby and watch others get there room keys and get settled.3rd we ask they... read more
Tried to be fancy but missed the mark The staff was wonderful. Everyone we encountered appeared helpful and pleasant. One of the perks of this hotel is the activities. Every night except Saturday there is an evening show. There are yoga lessons, how to make a cocktail, dance lessons, water aerobics, and more. Saturday is "sell timeshare day". There are no activities on Saturday while the timeshare folks checked in and out of the hotel. I wish I had known only the timeshare folks get a room facing the ocean. Everyone else get... read more
