Bad Service They're are not organized at all. We arrived 3 hour before are check in (noon) and they didn't have our rooms till about 8pm and that's because we gave them hard time. So pretty much all Saturday was a waste of time trying to get them to give us a room. To make things worst we were split to different resort and those resort where not beach front. We were 3 couples trying to enjoy our first time in Cancun and the experience was really bad in the resort.

キャンセルしたわけではないのに宿泊できなかった（２０１５年２月２６日から４泊の予定） エクスペディアでの予約を１００％信用していたため、起こりえないことだと思っておりましたが、なんと宿泊できませんでした。 エクスペディアですので当然事前に日本で支払いを済ませたうえ、予約再確認は不要という案内でしたので、特に予約の再確認をしないままフロントでチェックインしようとしたら、ホテルのコンピューターに名前等が登録がされていませんでした。 そして、４泊とも満室で空きがないという状況の下、宿泊することはできない、という返事。２時間近くフロントと交渉するも、ホテル側はミスは認めようとしないし情報が来ていないから仕方ないの一点張り。 情報がコンピューターに登録されていないなんてありえないだろう、と私がエクスペディアの予約確認の紙を提示したところ、私に非はないと思ったのか、星ランクが下の姉妹ホテル「オーシャンスパホテル」のスタンダードルームを代わりに用意するからそちらにどうぞ、という、日本ではありえない対応でした。 代替のオーシャンスパホテルは、立地がセントロに近く、ホテルゾーンにはバスで１０分以上かかる場所です。 さらにホテル側は、不憫に思ったのか、それともせ... read more

STAY ELSWHERE The hotel is not what you read it is. There are 2 restaurants not 4 you have make reservations for both 1 buffet outside the hotel under tents food is always cold and the same over cooked dishes every night. Wifi is not free $30 USD per device. No one will serve you at the pool unless you are a member even if you are wearing the l inclusive bracelet. Did not feel welcomed This hotel is for an older crowd. People that stay here mainly own timeshares. That said, it was a group of five of us girls from NYC. They gave us a hard time during check in and check out. Our rooms were not ready once we got there. They were not polite. We made reservations for the resturants and they weren't honored. Not a good choice for Expedia user I wish I had believed the negative reviews!! I have been to Cancun area several times and have always booked with Expedia in the past and had great experiences. This is my first negative review. We arrived on Monday,Jan 26th in the evening. We checked in and were taken to our room, Room 103, at which time Alfonzo, who took us to our room, apologized and said they would change rooms for us "tomorrow." Experience at Sunset Royal All Inclusive Upon arrival, we were told we did not have correct "vouchers" and "Jose" at check-in insisted we had to provide more. We had to spend a couple hours upon arrival trying to figure out what they wanted, we incurred charges for adding international calling to our cell phones in an attempt to try and reach Expedia for assistance and finally, we were put in a very bad room. Worst All-Inclusive I have been going to Cancun almost every year since 2006. This year was by far the worst experience. The staff seemed angry and put out. We were only allowed one wireless device and it had to be used in the lobby. This resort seemed to be most popular with the locals and the staff seemed annoyed we could not speak spanish. Good For last minute booking Don't know where to start. Bedroom had a small be for two.. Bathroom was clean but old looking.. Seems like the showe curtains been there for years.. Blow dryer wasn't working! I booked this Hotel because it stated free wifi in the rooms, that wasn't the case. A $30 fee is required to activate the in room wifi..
