bad experience It wasn't what my friends and I were expecting, the images on the internet are amazing and the reality is not like that, the food is awful and the rooms aren't nice
It’s really good situated, but everything is just so old and outdated not going back for sure.
Octavio front desk extremely rude our check in process took almost an hour. . Not polite. Food was not great do not recommend. C Our room key was very difficult to use some didnt work at all even after getting new ones. If it wasnt for Francisco our stay would have been horrible. He really treated us well and was very polite
Stay away, unless if you are getting it very cheap. I hated all type of seafood and drinks. I was charged premium but the All Inclusive Deal worked good for them, not for the costumer.
The service in the hotel is really bad, the food is horrible and the amenities is really poor in general I didn't lke at alla its a petty becausr its located in a very competitive area
Langsamer Service, wenig Abwechslung beim Essen, viel Lärm macht langes Ausschlafen unmöglich, Hotel schon recht runtergekommen. Maximal 2.5 Sterne Hotel
